First half marathon DONE with my Sweat Society sisters! ❤️ Huge shoutout to @sweatsocietysurbiton for training us hard! 💪 We show up week after week, and all that hard work definitely paid off on this run. 🏅 Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon — 2:15! 🏅 Mile 10 was a real challenge, but I dug deep, kept going and slowly persevered with The Verve in my ears. Here’s to many more miles, more milestones and more half marathons before the BIG M in April! 🫣 #HamptonCourtPalaceHalfMarathon #SweatSociety #roadtothemarathon ❤️ by @mitasparke
Happy Birthday, Amara ❤️ Two years ago began the era of three kids and mad Mita, and I wouldn’t change a second of it. Time flies, the chaos grows, and my heart somehow keeps expanding. Pics- Amara pointing at a 🐿️ and hazy newborn cuddles, forever my favourite memories.x by @mitasparke

@vitalvillageuk 23 October from 8pm, it’s going to be an evening you won’t forget x by @mitasparke
The past few days have been nothing short of surreal. Hosting my very first pop-up @vitalvillageuk with my mum by my side was such a special experience — from planning and prepping dishes together, to laughing (and yes, a few tellings-off along the way!). We even had a little food left over, which sold out in just an hour the next day. This might not always happen, but I feel so humbled and honoured that the food was loved, enjoyed, and shared so widely 💛 A special thank you to all the mums who came along and helped @atouchoffrenchie @alicebailey07 @ashiec1983, Nicola and Aunty Estelle, your support means the world and made this night even more special. And thank you @waste_to_plate for the beautiful tomatoes that made the kachumber salad shine. Our first Thali Night was just an introduction to what’s about to burst in Thames Ditton, lots more delights will make these evenings truly memorable. I want every evening to be overly generous, for everyone to leave feeling full, and to share in that sense of community and togetherness. Today, all I did was hang out with my three treasures, and it reminded me why I’m doing this — I can’t wait to tell them about the little surprises I shared with everyone on these nights. This journey has reminded me how important it is to take a leap and embrace the next steps with courage. Some exciting changes are on the horizon… I can’t wait for you to join me on this yellow brick road ahead 🌟 x by @mitasparke
The countdown is on for my first Thali night. 100 rotli’s WOAH! by @mitasparke
Sometimes the pot matters more than the curry. Without the pot, there is no curry—and this one holds more than food, it holds memories. ❤️ by @mitasparke
2017. Our honeymoon in Rajasthan. We asked our driver where he liked to eat, and he took us to a tiny thali cafe. We feasted for hours, our thalis were never left empty, someone always coming around to top up each little vatki. I loved every second of it: the food, the generosity, the feeling of being so completely cared for. That’s the moment I thought imagine if I can create an atmosphere like this. A place where everyone can sit down to a thali and leave feeling full in every sense. On the 18th September at Vital Village, ticket holders will get to experience a taste of authentic Indian food including handmade samosas, and the Gujarati dishes I grew up eating. More details coming soon. Mums — dig out those maternity leggings. by @mitasparke
