So then the day I dreaded most arrived… my mom has passed away… October 6th is now a date I unfortunately dislike. 😭😭😭💔💔💔 Inside, I’m caught in a whirlwind, an emotional rollercoaster; I don’t know which way to turn, and everything feels so unreal… just the stark fact that “she is no more.” I know that, in spirit and soul, she is here and always will be watching over me and us… but it is just incredibly tough in every possible way. My mom and I were always close, she always protected me and stood up for me - and for our family, my whole life… always family first!! She lived a life of bold strokes: experiencing World War II, standing her ground against guys in her youth (absolutely no one could push her around), skydiving in a club (in 1950s Yugoslavia 😮), heading north to Sweden (knowing practically no one here), meeting my dad, having me (her everything), enduring a rocky marriage (with my father, who wasn’t very kind), and surviving cancer in her later years, only to eventually be claimed by dementia. But I must say, that in between, so much else happened such as countless happy moments with her grandchildren, whom she cared for without ever complaining or asking for anything in return. Mom always put her family before herself, no matter the situation!! Thank you, my beloved mom, for always being there…I can still feel your presence, just in a different form. You will be there forever!! Heaven has gained a new angel!! We will see each other again someday, my beloved mom, until then, the other angels will take good care of you. Love you!! ❤️❤️❤️ A vivid description of Mom: Brave, strong, and beautiful - both inside and out!!! Hrabra, snažna i lepa – kako spolja, tako i iznutra.!!! ❤️💔❤️💔❤️💔❤️💔❤️💔❤️💔❤️💔❤️ by @mitchobatalov
Thinking about the future…all the stories I want to tell…and that’s not in a to far future… Care to join me?! 😈😎 by @mitchobatalov
Why so serious?…Well, that’s because I take my acting seriously. New headshot is in line of my duty! I am open-minded when it comes to bringing all kinds of characters to life, but in the end of the day, I am myself…one way or another… Photo cred: @lars.rasch #headshot #actor #acting #characterdriven by @mitchobatalov
Home again after a magic three-day experience in Gothenburg…why’s that? Well because I got to experience and work with the Chubbuck technique with the best possible teacher and nine magical colleagues. Reached both new heights and epiphanies about character development, acting, driving in scenes etc, etc. Absolutely brilliant!! Euphoric and ready to take on new challenges//castings/characters to bring to life and to dig deeper!! So hit me!! 👌🏻💯🎥❤️ @elisabetsevholt @ivanachubbuckstudio @crawford_talents @theactorshome #actor #acting #chubbucktechnique #epiphany by @mitchobatalov
My beautiful, bold and strong mother, you became 90 today!! 💥🥳❤️❤️❤️ I’ m so glad that you are my mother!! You raised me with your fullest attention and I’m so happy for that!! Despite everything you’ve been through everything from surviving World War II, bomb shrapnels, being carried by a German officer to starting to skydive (which you unfortunately were not allowed to continue with due to my grandfather) to making it all the way from Belgrade to Stockholm alone to marrying my father, giving birth to me to supporting me in everything throughout life, being there for me to surviving cancer treatment in old age and much more, you are now also crossing the milestone of 90!! I am extremely happy and proud to be your son!! Love you endlessly my dearly beloved mother!! Pushing 100 mom!! 🥳🎂❤️❤️❤️ by @mitchobatalov

Proud, grateful, and very excited to share this. A new true crime podcast, Historiska brottslingar premieres February 28 on Spotify — exploring the people on the other side of the law — and I have the honor of being the narrator. Stories of individuals who built empires in the shadows, ruled through fear, and forced their way into our collective memory — for better or worse. This has been a powerful journey with an amazing team, and I can’t wait for you to hear it. Hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed creating it. 🖤🎧 @crawford_talents @theactorshome https://open.spotify.com/episode/7KJ6OcQQt9LEbU1RVgvVPY?si=-GW4i2uOTFyl395UgvgNEA by @mitchobatalov
