Shimmering blue mica pigments meet rich, natural mango wood as stunning white epoxy resin waves roll across this one-of-a-kind beach charcuterie board! 🌊✨ Every hand-poured detail captures the magic of crashing ocean waves, creating a breathtaking piece of functional resin art and coastal home decor.

A gift for my Patients daughter who goes to #lsu I just love the glass like finish with odies butcher block oil and Odies Wood Butter. Getting better with the color matching with the Mixol Universal Tints. Now all I need is their color chart printed and not off the computer and hopefully I’ll get better. #odiesrewards #odiesoil #woodworking #freeholdnj by @mixolusa

Walnut wall plaque with epoxy resin and @mixolusa universal tint added for a custom color. The walnut was light so I used SuperDuper dark from @odiesoil for better contrast to the yellow. This is a gift for Brianna @nordtigelleria for the incredible food she made for me and my staff. Thank You! #italy #bologna #wallart #newjersey #cncwoodworking by @mixolusa

🌊 DON’T BLINK…THIS WAVE IS ABOUT TO COME ALIVE. 💙 @merdoacreswooddesignstudio

Watch the blues collide.
Watch the cells form.
Watch the ocean appear.

Blue micro pigments from my favorite suppliers + epoxy + a little patience.

The trick? Layer your blues and let the epoxy flow naturally. Don’t over work it!

And THIS is why we’re obsessed with ocean epoxy. 😍 @mixolusa

The best part? The cells keep forming long after the heat is gone.

Tip: High heat + a strong white is what makes them open up. 🌊 by @mixolusa

The actual work! I’m working with @superclearepoxy artist resin and @mixolusa white pigment to set these ice creams on the canvas with some shiny ✨✨✨Repost @crystallowart

I have about 45 minutes to work with the resin and that might seem like a long time, but it wasn’t. I have to pop bubbles and then go through each piece and attempt to get out every piece of dust. I use the light saber and a tiny paint brush for this part. Hopefully no I don’t find any dust!

Final post of the series featuring the incredible cutting board. I present to you the glamor shots of this stunning piece. This amazing board starts off with book-matched end-grain walnut to achieve that gorgeous grain pattern. An epoxy inlay from @totalboat highlights the top, I used their @makerpoxy by @crowcreekdesigns tinted with a combination of pigments from @blackdiamondpigments_com and @mixolusa The juice groove pattern was designed in @askcarveco and carved on the @onefinitycnc The personalized message engraved on the bottom was designed in @lightburnsoftware and engraved with the @jtechphotonics Laser. The glass-smooth surface was achieved with @3m Cubitron abrasives and finished with @walrusoil cutting board oil and wax. To elevate it to the next level, a set of brass feet adorn it. I hope you have enjoyed this series, it is on to the next project! repost @405woodcrafting @mixolusa by @mixolusa
