Ladies, let’s shift the focus back to ourselves. Our goals, our growth, our ambitions and becoming the best versions of ourselves. Let’s be more intentional about the lives we’re building and put that energy into our own glow up. 👑👏🏾 by @mizveronique
The last 365 days have been some of the most trying of my life. For so long, I lived in survival mode learning to endure, adapt, stay strong, and keep going, even when I didn’t know how to get out of the things that were weighing me down. But slowly, I started changing that. I started choosing myself. Choosing peace over chaos. Choosing acceptance over resistance. Choosing growth over simply surviving. Choosing to love and support myself, my thoughts, my dreams, and my mental well-being. And today, I celebrate freedom. The freedom to become who I am without apologizing for it. The freedom to change my mind, change my life, and change my direction. The freedom to acknowledge who I was without being trapped by who I used to be. The freedom to love myself through every version of me. Today isn’t just about getting older. It’s about recognizing that I made it here. Today, I celebrate acceptance. I celebrate growth. I celebrate healing. I celebrate becoming. I celebrate life. And most of all… I celebrate VERONIQUE. 🤍 This year, I don’t just want to survive my life. I want to experience it. I want to feel it. I want to live it. Freely. Fully. Authentically. Cheers to 38. 🥂✨ To the woman I am, the woman I’m becoming, and the freedom to become her. Happy Birthday to me. ♥️♾️ by @mizveronique

Sometimes, the way a person treats you has less to do with who you are and more to do with what they were taught love looked like. 🤗 by @mizveronique

B’Vero Natural ✨ | Faith Temple Young Ladies Ministry 🕯️🤍 I had the pleasure of hosting a candle-making session with the amazing young ladies — different ages, one beautiful space filled with creativity, laughter, and learning. Seeing everyone pour, mix, and personalise their own candles was such a wholesome vibe. Thank you for having me! 🌸🫶🏽 #BveroNatural #CandleMaking #FaithTemple #YoungLadiesMinistry #Community HandmadeCandles SVG by @mizveronique
