Getting Back to the Things I Love 💜

When I became an amputee in 2022, I wanted to find a way to be active. Over the years, I searched for an adaptive yoga class, but kept running into dead ends.

Luckily, I was having a conversation with one of my Sorors who is a Yoga Instructor and expressed my desire to do yoga again when she told me that she teaches an adaptive yoga class!

I am so happy to be back, moving my body and making modifications along the way 🥹🧘🏽‍♀️
