Monday committed night just keep getting better and better. Every aspect of the game is always worked on, never sitting still, constantly moving and being pushed. It’s not about one specific thing, it’s about all the things to make you an elite player. Footwork, dodging, shooting, feeding, shooting on the run, shooting in tight in the 8, feeding from within the 8, finishing on the doorstep, recognizing the slide or the open lanes, IQ! #longislandlacrosse #lax #longislandlax #lacrossedrills @revolution_athletics @teamrevo631 @yj2027piscitelli_mauro @yj2027gaghan @li_yellowjackets @ligirlslacrosse @li_sports_fanatic_ @liyellowjackets_media @pllplay_longisland @pll @lacrosseisland @lacrossenetwork @raybanmeta @yj2034rella_rickert @yj2036_grazidei_nofi @yj_2035_castellane_mccarthy @yj.2033.freeman @yj32mp @yj2034.brennan @yjarnone2030 @yj2029manning @yj2028kiddcarannante @yj2029dent_warshaw @yj2030babst @yjosullivan2030 @team91_2029roar @team_91_stars_2032 @team91_2034mayhem @team91_2033blaze @jesters_east2035 @jesterseastlacrosse @jesterseast2033 @jesterseastbeast2031 @jesterskilgus32 @jestersdiaz32 @jesters33black @jesterslaxgirls @legacy33blue @legacylacrosseligirls @legacy34blue @legacy32white @legacy32blue @legendslacrosse @legacywhite2029 @laxonli @coachjpfeif @coachpopsoff @coachcosta_lfs @coachbritt16 @coachchambo41 @coachnaplax @coachthemlacrosse @coach_kayy_bee_ @methodmanofficial @paulrabil @pacewlax @manhattanwlacrosse_ @wingate_wlax @gwulax @abigaildowneslax2031 @megandowneslax.2031 @downesanalia @kayleebodt_lax @kate.paul23 @newpaltzlax @dalers_gvarsitylax @perrucci.catherine @catherine.meyer11 @mercywlax @beaehrig @natlax_29 @angelinagia.lax @jamiepedersen214 @__jamieelliott @siennafox__ @amber.fox44 @fduknightswlax @portglax @sachemnglax @connetquotgirlslax @plainedgelacrosse @plainedge_vglax @kaylee_fitzgibbon @sayvillegirlsyouthlacrosse @fsu_wlax @usfwlax @jennalineman10 @addison_fitzgibbon @a.thoms25 @cmgirlsvlax @liuwlax @igloo2036direwolves @igloo2033snowbadgers @igloogirls2035snowleopards @igloo_windchill2033 @igloolaxgirls @igloogirls2032icebreakers @igloo2032blizzard @igloo2028arcticfox @igloogirls2034tundra @frankieonattack @celyv_809 by @mm_coachingtraining
