We’ve been in beautiful @bermuda this week, hosting a group of media from the US, UK and Canada at this year’s @butterfieldbdachamp! It’s been a week of action, not just for our media playing @midoceanclub, @tuckerspointclub and @fivefortsgolfclub, but at the @pgatour championship itself which saw @austin_smotherman claim victory in a playoff this morning; it was a nail biter! A big thank you to Bermuda Tourism Authority for their excellent hospitality (and Dark ‘n’ Stormys). Until next year @butterfieldbdachamp. #travelpr #bermudagolf #butterfieldbermudachampionship by @mmgy_pr
That’s a wrap on SATW 2026 in Haywood County, North Carolina!  Last week, our client @VisitHaywood welcomed travel journalists and content creators for the @societyofamericantravelwriters annual conference, showcasing the mountain communities, Appalachian culture and local hospitality that make this destination so special. We’re proud to have supported the Visit Haywood team in bringing this event to life, with MMGY team members on the ground connecting with media and helping show off this beautiful destination. Congratulations to the Visit Haywood team and its community partners on a successful conference! #VisitHaywood #SATW by @mmgy_pr
Account Manager @hannahluker has just returned from @bermuda , hosting a UK culinary media trip designed to showcase the island’s thriving food scene and the rich cultural heritage that shapes it. 🌴🍽️ Throughout the week, the group discovered how Bermuda sits at a fascinating cultural crossroads, where the flavours of London, the Azores and West Africa converge on one plate, creating a culinary identity entirely its own. Highlights included an unforgettable tasting menu at the intimate @sunkenharbourclub, a hands-on @hookncookbda fishing experience where the day’s catch was prepared fresh from sea to table, sweet treats from the beloved @tuckshopbermuda, and an exclusive rum tasting with @goslingsrum that offered a deeper look into one of Bermuda’s most iconic exports. Along the way, journalists met the chefs, producers and local personalities bringing Bermuda’s food story to life, while experiencing everything from freshly caught seafood and island-grown ingredients to the destination’s signature cocktails. A huge thank you to all our hosts and partners for showcasing the depth, creativity and authenticity of Bermuda’s culinary scene. ✨ #GoToBermuda #Bermuda #CulinaryTravel #FoodTourism #TasteOfBermuda by @mmgy_pr

They say a local’s knowledge is the best insight to have when travelling to a destination and we couldn’t agree more. That’s why we’re proud to have worked with @wanderlustmag’s North American Editor @jacquiagate, as part of the California special issue, to spotlight San Francisco’s eclectic range of neighbourhoods. We developed a carefully curated itinerary, alongside interviews with tour guides, heads of museums and more, each resident gave a unique perspective on what makes their respective San Francisco neighbourhood shine. San Francisco is more than just a holiday destination; it’s a living, breathing melting pot of culture that everyone can call home. A huge thanks to Jacqui, @sftravelassociation and all their partners for helping to bring this piece to life. #SanFrancisco #VisitSanFrancisco #counterculture #TourismPR #TravelPR by @mmgy_pr
Canadian Cottagecore Loading... ☀️ Earlier this month, Account Manager @_ellenadamsonx hosted four UK media on a group press trip to @ontariotravel. Starting in @destination_toronto, the itinerary explored the city’s vibrant neighbourhoods and eclectic food scene, before swapping the city for the lakes with a venture to @discovermuskoka. Embracing a slower, nature-led escape to Ontario’s Cottage Country, the group stayed in a @jaynescottages property, boated around Muskoka’s lakes and islands, and explored the charming small town of Port Carling. The region of Muskoka has also been firmly placed on the map through its on-screen appearances in recent television series that have captured global attention. We tapped into the growing trend of set-jetting, incorporating filming locations into our itinerary, including Mortimer’s Point from Sterling Point and ‘The Cottage’ from Heated Rivalry to give the trip a timely and culturally relevant hook for visiting Muskoka. By leveraging cultural moments and emerging travel trends, we created an itinerary that showcased two very different sides of Ontario, while giving media multiple storytelling angles – from cottagecore and nature-led travel to the growing influence of screen tourism. 🇨🇦 🍁 #DestinationOntario #Toronto #Muskoka #Canada #HeatedRivalry by @mmgy_pr
Wishing everyone a happy Dolly Day from MMGY! Our friends at @visitmusiccity are thrilled to celebrate the unmatched legacy of the Queen of Country in her honorary home city on 9/25 2026, a loving nod to her hit single ‘9 to 5’. This citywide event is celebrating all things Dolly, remembering the music icon’s generosity, kindness, music and entrepreneurial spirit that have made her an enduring part of Nashville’s identity. We’re proud to work with Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp in the UK to continue to promote the incredible legacy of Dolly to our media, showcasing why Nashville has earned its title of ‘Music City’. #Nashville #MusicCity #DollyDay #VisitMusicCity #9to5 by @mmgy_pr
We know the power broadcast can have in changing perceptions of a destination, which is why we’re so proud to finally share ‘Martin Compston: Living Las Vegas’, a concept we created with @vegas and @terntv to showcase an unseen side of the city. Since adopting Las Vegas as his home away from Scotland, @mrmartincompston was the first to admit he’s not yet explored the city to its full potential, so we built on this narrative to take him beyond the Strip and spotlighting hidden gems and a culturally-rich side of the destination that viewers might not be aware of. Last week we hosted an exclusive media screening as part of our promotional campaign – with Martin himself as the guest of honour of course - ahead of a live Q&A, hosted by Shelley Rubenstein. A huge thank you to Martin, Tern TV, LVCVA, Shelley and the whole Vegas team for pulling off a wonderful event and a dazzling series! Tune in to Episode 1 on @channel4 on Demand now! #LVCVA #Visitlasvegas #Lasvegas #Vegas #Channel4 by @mmgy_pr
We’re thrilled to share that once again, we’ve been named to The PR Net 100 for 2026, the preeminent list celebrating the top agencies in marketing and communications! #theprnet100 @theprnet 🎉 @mmgyglobal by @mmgy_pr
It’s not just media we host in destination – ensuring our team have experience and understanding of our clients is an essential part of our success. Account Manager Becca O’Sullivan has just returned from Greater Victoria, Vancouver Island, from a five-day immersion trip that showed the full breadth of the region’s rich and diverse offering. From experiencing the great outdoors spotting humpbacks and orcas on a whale-watching excursion and taking in the floral beauty of @thebutchartgardens , to enjoying panoramic views from the @malahatskywalk , and sampling Victoria’s thriving food scene, the immersion gave Becca invaluable firsthand experience of the destination to develop into pitches and angles for our UK and Irish media outreach. @tourismvictoriabc @o_sul_b #ExploreVictoriaBC #VictoriaBC #DiscoverVictoria #YYJ by @mmgy_pr
Our UK PR Account Manager @_ellenadamsonx has just returned from @vegas, celebrating the city’s culinary excellence by hosting an elevated culinary UK group press trip, tied to the inaugural @michelinguide Southwest awards. Our group group attended the Michelin Guide Southwest awards ceremony, where Las Vegas restaurants earned an incredible 24 Michelin distinctions. We sampled some of the destination’s most innovative restaurants, from Indian fine dining at @gymkhanalasvegas to the bold flavours of @maroonlasvegas by @chefkwameonwuachi, a new Caribbean steakhouse on the Strip. Our jam-packed foodie itinerary also included a dining experience at the newly awarded Michelin-starred @guysavoylasvegas where the group met Executive Chef Nicolas Costagliola for an exclusive look inside its kitchen. Such an exciting moment for Las Vegas and its culinary scene, and we’re thrilled to have been a part of it! ✨ #VisitLasVegas #LVCVA #vegasrestaurants #vegasdining by @mmgy_pr
The countdown is on for next month’s Brand USA Travel Week U.K. & Europe, which this year we will be hosting in Amsterdam. After MMGY UK successfully launched the event in 2019, with just a handful of media and a trade-focused agenda to help reignite travel to the USA, this year we look forward to welcoming 900 delegates to the Dutch capital. With September just around the corner and our busy travel calendars about to kick of for the season, we can’t wait to get going. #VisittheUSA #UStravel @visittheusa by @mmgy_pr
