my baby dog, my protector, my golden boy, my charlie A once in a life time dog, my heart dog, a piece of me died with you but I can’t thank you enough for all the love and the most loyal companionship for the last decade. You were taken from me far too soon, but I will always love you and cherish our time together my boy <3 “What a privilege it is to love this much that makes enduring a lifetime of missing you worth it” Last night, as I held him for his last breath the sky erupted pink and purple. I know that was him telling me he was okay and he went knowing nothing but love. Until we meet again my baby dog, I love you forever. by @mmickaelaa

Dr. Micki, coming soon to a farm near you 🩺🐎🐂🐐 I am beyond thrilled to begin my journey as a phase 1 vet student @ontvetcollege . I’d like to thank all my family and friends for supporting and encouraging me for many (read: many) years while I pursued my dream. Hard work, dedication, and resilience have gotten me this far and will continue to drive me as I transverse and grow in this industry. I am also incredibly grateful to be a part of the first northern cohort representing underserved rural communities in Ontario. Growing up on my family’s farm I understand firsthand what a lack of veterinary resources means. It was my grandfather’s dream to become a vet to serve our small farm town in Mckellar, he passed that passion onto me and now I’m one step closer to making his (and my) dreams a reality. I did it grandpa, I will make you proud <3 Once a little farm kid and now a future doctor, I am so excited to see what these next few years bring and to share it with the wonderful people that make up the class of 2029 💜🐺 #wisteriawolves by @mmickaelaa
