LUMINATE / So much fun shooting the Luminate Mastermind Retreat led by @moniqueharding_. Nothing like a morning twerking session to break the ice! If you're a business coach who leads retreats, consider adding in headshots for your group. Provide some extra value for your clients and at the same time get some content to promote your retreats – it's a win-win! If you've got a retreat coming up on the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast or Byron Bay region, I'd love to hear from you. M x 📍 Gold Coast Retreat Photographer, MNDY Photography. by @mndyphotography

As I come back down to Earth, it’s time I explained the radio silence… Part 2/2 Lifelong dream holiday, turned Honeymoon ✨ An absolute must if you’re a fan of - Sex and the City, Gossip Girl, dirty martinis, supper clubs, waiting in queues, viral snacks, mind blowing food, street art, walking 20,000 steps a day and feeling like you’re on the set of a movie. New York, you have my heart ❤️ by @mndyphotography

SALON SHOTS / Every salon shoot should include the basics... – Individual team shots. – Group shots. – Founder shots. – Interior shots. – Team action shots. But then there's the extras that really complete your content library. Detail aesthetic shots that promote the feel of your space, the team interacting that show the vibe of the experience and negative space shots to use as stories backgrounds for messaging and appointment announcements. When I work with a salon or clinic, I do the prep work. I look at their existing content and marketing strategy and I look at where the gaps or opportunities are. This is where the shoot plan comes from. If you have a clinic or salon space and are contemplating getting fresh content, I'd love to hear from you. RECENT WORK / Recent work for @risestudios.com.au, using the void at @arkata_house for the perfect Birdseye shots! 📍 Gold Coast Lifestyle Product Photographer, shot at Palm Beach shoot location Arkata House. STUDIO MODEL SHOTS / Often the first thought when using models for product photography is a lifestyle shoot - a session in a beautifully styled home with the model using your product as they would in everyday life. But that might not be the right vibe for your brand. A studio shoot may be better aligned. This shoot here for @longeviau was a more minimalistic brief, clean backgrounds, no busy clutter distracting from the beautiful model and colourful products. 📍 Gold Coast Product Photographer, shot in studio. by @mndyphotography

FREE PROGRAMS / While some subscriptions and program fees are unavoidable and all part of business, I’m always looking for ways to save money utilising free platforms so I can direct more funds into where it really matters. 1. TALLY FORMS – Wish it didn't take me this long to start using @tallyforms. Custom branding, conditional logic! 2. ASANA – Open on my computer 24/7, use it every day, couldn't run my business without @asana for managing my workflow. 3. SCREAMING FROG – A little left of field, not at all sexy, but does the job and does it well @screamingfrog Would love to hear yours 👇🏼 and feel free to ask any questions about these if your curious about how I use them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "I had a fantastic experience working with Mandy! She was incredibly professional, flexible, and quick to deliver exactly what we needed, even on a tight deadline. The photos turned out beautifully and were a perfect fit for our project. Highly recommend Mandy if you're looking for someone talented, reliable and a joy to work with." - Lucas, Alma Lasers Loved working with the team from @goldcoastdermatologyclinic and @almalasersau on cover photos for @spaandclinic magazine. by @mndyphotography
