We put the work into this event and it means a lot to have community support, it’s the first Sunday of summer and we wanted to kick the summer off on a positive note with being the change that we want to see an physically active in cleaning our beach.
My name is Tyrrell “Dirtyleft” Washington and I’m the creator of MNxPWR A natural supplement as well as a community/brotherhood with one mission, to become better people. As most of us may be aware it’s men’s mental health month and I think it’s important for us to create a positive space in the community for men to communicate freely amongst each other while also taking steps to build up that same community. MNxPWR will build mankind. 🥲🤲🏾🫂🧱👷‍♂️👷🤝🌎🏝️☀️🧹🧼❤️💙💗#mnxpwr #mankind #human #change #love #growth #build #brotherhood #awarness #beach #balance #focus #family #knowledge #wise #2024 #beachcleanup #gods #work #dream #inspire #motivate #strenth #happiness #fulfilment #purpose #mission #love #explore #mens #mentalhealthawareness by @mnxpwr_llc

📊 DID YOU KNOW?
- 1 in 5 men experience mental health issues, but only 1 in 3 actually seek help.
- Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50 worldwide.
•
The stigma surrounding mental health can make it hard for us men to speak up about how we’re feeling. Men are often socialized to be “tough” or “strong” and avoid vulnerability, which can lead to a silent battle with our feelings and drastically impact our mental health.
•
It’s okay to not be okay. You are not meant to carry it alone 🤍
•
If you or someone you know is struggling, it’s important to start the conversation. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Help can come in all forms, it can be as simple as reaching out to a friend you trust. I’m always here if you need me 🫂

“We’re taught that silence is strength. That real men don’t cry, don’t break, don’t feel. But the truth is—bottling it up is what breaks us. Speaking up, facing your emotions, and being real? That’s strength. Society told us to stay quiet so we’d stay weak. It’s time we unlearn that. Real power comes from being honest with yourself.”
•
All it takes is you. You are the one who has to step outside your comfort zone and speak up. But once you do, I promise you won’t regret it.
•
If you’re feeling alone or like you don’t have anyone to talk to, you can always reach out to me. I’ll do my best to always hold space for the men (and women) in my life who need it. Community builds strength.

Happy MNxPWR Monday to all, I wanted to start the year off on a proper trajectory and foundation with a few key points I created to help shape our daily lives and decision-making. Nobody is perfect and that’s not the message, self accountability and striving to be better is the message. Every morning I remind myself not to be that version of myself that I don’t want to be anymore.
“Nobody has excuses, we chose them.” 🤲👷🏾‍♂️👷🏼‍♂️🧱🏗️🌎🖤💙💪🤝👕🫂#mnxpwr #mankind #human #race #testosteron #pushint #love #growth #build #brotherhood #awarness #health #hormones #balance #focus #family #knowledge #wise #mnxpwrmonday #levels #gods #work #dream #inspire #motivate #strenth #happiness #fulfilment #purpose #mission by @mnxpwr_llc

A week ago we had our first family barbecue, and second official event for MNxPWR. I am very pleased with the turnout and everyone coming together to enjoy each other with family, nature, fun, food and positivity. Thank you all, I came across my high school 10 year overview and it brought me great joy seeing that I am fulfilling some of those goals that I set for myself. Giving back to my community, and seeing the world in a different perspective. This is ultimately the message and the objective of MNxPWR, to grow leaders and better people. Leaders of our own lives directors and authors of our own films and books of this story called life.🥹🤲🏾🫂🔨🧱🌎#mnxpwr #mankind #human #race #testosteron #pushint #love #growth #build #brotherhood #awarness #health #hormones #balance #focus #family #knowledge #wise #holistic #levels #gods #work #dream #inspire #motivate #strenth #happiness #fulfilment #purpose #mission by @mnxpwr_llc
