Some connections are bigger than borders, and some friendships pick up right where they left off. I first met @pink_porsh in Mexico in 2023, shared decks and stages, and went on to make more memories in Miami, where she hosted me on my very first visit. Funny enough, we’re both South African, but it took travelling halfway across the world for our paths to cross! Three years later, we finally reconnect on home soil for the first time. And what better way to catch up than a gym date? A good sweat, wholesome brunch, meaningful conversations, plenty of laughter and some exciting ideas around #20Steps A beautiful reminder that some of the best connections we make through music extend far beyond the dance floor. From sharing decks to sharing reps. From Mexico to Miami to Mzansi. 🌍 Grateful for genuine friendships and good energy. #20Steps #MobiDixonPlaybook #FitnessJourney by @mobidixon

DAY 21/21 🏁 | THE STEP STUDENT 🏃‍♂️🎓 I came into this challenge determined to push my limits. And push I did! Perhaps a little too hard, too soon. 😅💪🏾 Along the way, I was reminded that discipline isn’t just about showing up at the gym. It’s about how you manage your time, honour your commitments, prioritise your responsibilities and navigate life’s competing demands. The last three days, I didn’t make it to the gym. But here’s the interesting part: I never stopped practising the lessons I was learning there. Because growth isn’t always measured by the number of reps, steps or calories burned. Sometimes it’s measured by the decisions you make, the priorities you set and the wisdom to know when to push and when to recover. Consistency isn’t perfection. Discipline isn’t punishment. And rest isn’t defeat. 21 days later, I’m walking away with more than physical gains. A renewed perspective on time, balance, discipline and personal growth. The Step Student remains a student. 🎓👣 #21DayChallenge #StepStudent #20Steps #PersonalGrowth #MobiDixon by @mobidixon
DAY 21/21 🏁 | THE STEP STUDENT 🏃‍♂️🎓 One thing this 21-day challenge has taught me is that the lessons of the gym go far beyond physical fitness. #21DayGymChallenge #StepStudent #20Steps #Discipline #PersonalGrowth MobiDixon by @mobidixon

They say the sky’s the limit. But what if the sky above you is simply the limit you’ve placed upon yourself? ☁️🤔 Raise your sky‼️ #20Steps #MobiDixon #HousePioneer by @mobidixon
DAY 6/21 | THE STEP STUDENT 🎓👟🔥 You know me as Mobi Dixon, but right now I’m just a STEP STUDENT! 😂 Core. Cardio. STEPS. Discipline. Consistency! 🏃‍♂️ Sometimes you’ve got to be MANIACAL about your dreams! 🔥 People will look at you like you’re crazy. 🤪 But that’s okay. Not everyone will understand the intensity required to become someone you’ve never been before. Your mind has years of evidence of who you’ve been. Your habits, your limitations, your comfort zones. That’s the version of you it knows. So sometimes you’ve got to push beyond what’s familiar, challenge your own programming and create NEW EVIDENCE of what’s possible. And that’s what these 21 days are about for me. Not just building physical endurance, but developing the discipline and mindset to step into a new reality. The timing couldn’t be more fitting. As I build towards 20 YEARS OF MOBI DIXON in 2027 #20Steps I’m literally putting in the steps towards the next chapter. 👟 #StepStudent #21DayGymChallenge #20Steps #MobiDixon by @mobidixon

SEPTEMBER… The past few months took me to a very dark place. I withdrew from the noise, from social media, from people, and in many ways, from the life I knew. But somewhere in that silence, I found something I needed. I found solitude. I found prayer. I found God. And perhaps more importantly, I began finding myself again. September became a month of surrender. Of letting go. Of accepting what I cannot control, releasing what no longer belongs in my life, and confronting the parts of myself that cannot come with me into the next chapter. Sometimes a version of you has to end for another one to begin. To everyone who noticed my absence, checked in, called, prayed for me or simply wondered where I had gone — thank you. I felt the love. I’m still becoming. Still healing. Still listening. But I see things differently now. My faith is deeper. My vision is clearer. My purpose feels louder. I don’t know everything that lies ahead, but I know Who I’m walking with. October marks a new chapter. Less fear. Less scarcity. Less noise. More faith. More purpose. More life. Becoming the man God intended me to be. One step at a time. 🙏🏾 #20Steps by @mobidixon
