Bout that time of year to ask for my Xmas gift this year, and this year I'm going for it. So I'm asking for a price increase 👀.
All prepaid appointments will stay at $75 as well as kids cuts will stay at $35. Unfortunately those that want that premium experience it will now come at a cost. But it's ok cause I rarely get anyone new in so you won't have to worry but if you are new and some refer you in its $95. It's @instagram official now so I can't take it back. You can still save money by joining the subscription like many others have and great news my tip options won't go up. I'm sorry I've been moving different since I found out the @westshorerebels set records in the Cullen cup. Running back showed up this year and now I gotta take them bitches out for our group dinner. I gotta stay focused though this is about work not football. Yes you will get my face massage even if you don't want it. My hands are magic and will make you feel different

This is what 20 years of being a @westshorerebels feels like. Came here in 07 played for 2 years. Decided I wasn't done with football and started coaching. The joy for me is watching others living out their stories and becoming men above men. This year had its ups and downs, what was supposed to be a break out year for one turned out to be another. Having the @bcfootballconference offensive rookie of the year and the Cullen cup offensive MVP in the same back field has been a pleasure. Worst part is they still can't block or finish their runs in the end zone cause they are a bunch of bitch ass hoes. Job not finished, I'm never satisfied til the job is over. To the best 📸 in the west @allsportmedia appreciate you Enrique.

Not too often can you sit back and realize you really have come far in life. I'ma kid that went to school in Forest lawn. In and out of trouble, phone calls from the police. Stressing my parents out to the point my mom thought I wouldn't graduate. Don't let how you grew up define who you will become. I know damn well I never thought I would be a barber, coach and a father all at the same time. One thing I do know is you won't outwork me and that standard I set for myself is unrealistic to most. But the job ain't finished and I got more to do. I just had time to sit down on the toilet and remember my blessings

Six days a week, 9 to 8, for about five years. That's how Mo built his chair.

Then he started offering online booking, back when he says nobody around him did. Clients picked him because they could book themselves. His wait went from a week, to a month, to three months. At four months out, he raised his prices.

More people came.

The long days built the skill. Letting clients book on their own time is what let the demand actually show up.

Maurice "Mo" St. Rose (@mocutz) is a 13x award-winning barber in Victoria, BC, known for crisp lines and precision fades. He went full-time in 2013 and now works his chair at @atmosphaire. Off the floor, he coaches running backs for the @westshorerebels.

For the next 2 weeks don't ask to get in for a cut or anything barber related. I'm now coaching coaching and my focus will be on that. Classes are open to be booked for January and February. Nov 2 to 14 I'll be gone so book your Valentines day cuts now I think I got 6 appointments available in Feb. Prices will not be going up yet even though I want to raise them cause my big Mac cost 7.19 in the drive thru. I'll just ask that you bring for Christmas this year is just spa treatments this year. I'm old so now shoes and drinks ain't my love language. Finally y'all go tell @hanzocanada I'm the educator they need

Last night I learned a valuable lesson. Life is what you make of it so don't bullshit your time God has given you. Last week I was in Toronto for @vzn_awards barber battle. Most of y'all know I love competing but after finally winning best fade I thought I was done with the barber battle scene. Until @andrea_the_editor asked me to come out since I was already nominated for another award to come and cut one more time. She was one of the first to really support my career across Canada and put me in @efemagazine years ago as someone to look out for. I took some time to sit back and take it all in

14x battle champ, 36 battles lost still not satisfied. I never get caught up in the wins, I hyperfocus on the losses and figure out how I can never lose again. For now I'm still that midget barber from the island on the west coast that will out work you everyday of your life. This is another reason why #youaintshit
Respectfully y'all can't f*CK with me. @tbonethebarber told early in life hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. That's why I work like I do, 13 years in and still not satisfied. The goal has always been to be the best barber in Canada and y'all messed up and that fire back in me. by @mocutz

Every two weeks, I’m in here getting cleaned up by the man himself, @mocutz 💈

Mo is by far the best barber I've ever connected with who has now turned into a brother. He always gets me right, and somehow we end up laughing the whole time 😂 Good cuts, good conversations, and good vibes every time.

If you’re in Victoria, BC and looking for a barber, check out @atmosphaire and ask for Mo. You won’t be disappointed. There are also some other really talented barbers at this location as well!

Gotta keep the professionals looking sharp 😎✂️

Back on my bullshit and it's been mad fun. As classes come to a pause over the summer I wanna thank everyone that had me out and share some stories along the way. I've really been enjoy @daimonbarber forming cream to style most my cuts with if any cares .Last 6 months have been mad busy but I'm looking forward to calm, with the start of the football season. I'll be in full coaching mode starting July 3 so all those slide in appointments are over. What I found out is that the best way to find out if I have a cancellation or an opening is to come take my phone and put yourself in. As we know space is limited blah blah blah. If looking for classes after Oct 3 let me know and I'll figure what works best for our time together. Stay petty

All I ever ask is for you to continue my Legecy. Mentor youth, give back. That’s how I want to be remembered. Someone who put others before himself. That’s what’s important to me. This can’t die with me. @tbonethebarber sent this message and it reminded me of why I got into this industry. It's more than just behind the chair it's impacting the lives of people everywhere you go. I've been blessed to take a journey most won't have the chance to do. The experience im able to teach has helped others reach their goals and surpass their expectations in this career choice. @daimonbarber lymphatic drainage shave system is what I live by. The premium experience you can deliver with precision and service is second to none. It's not for everyone but if your wanting to add a service that can increase you earning potential, I'm more than willing to help you get there. Booking for summer classes now just send me a message.
