As we head into November and the days get colder, it’s time to slow down, get cosy and take a little extra care of ourselves.

Light the fire, make a warm drink, wrap yourself in a blanket and give yourself permission to do a little less. Spend time with the people who make you feel good, get outside when you can, and remember that rest is just as important as keeping busy.
