Ninth comp down & first Modern carry federation match in the books! Always a good comp @armoryutah

Feels good to finally place higher than bottom 10!🥹
I can see a lot of my progress showing in this match, from my movement, speed, reloads, and especially my confidence! I usually get quite a bit of stage fright before my first and second stage but I think after 8 whole competitions I’m finally FREE. Being able to get out of your head and stop focusing on the 30 other MEN watching your every move is such a huge relief!
Still have lots of work to do though. My thumb placement is shifting / grip is off, still tip-toeing a bit, and probably a million other things. Those are my focal points for this week! Other than that I’m going to celebrate my little wins and I’ll see ya at the next one 💅🏼

First @moderncarryfederation match at @armoryutah.

Couple hiccups, but overall very happy. Snagged 17th in combined score just under @its.mikedi and 5th in my factory capacity division.
