A little luxe, a lot of me 🤎 by @modernlivinglistings

Wanting to buy a home is one thing. Actually knowing what it will take is another.

Do you know what you qualify for? How much you need saved? Or what you should be working on right now?

You don’t have to have it all figured out that’s what the conversation is for. If buying a home in New Jersey is the goal, DM me “HOME” and let’s find out where you stand. 🏡🔑

Cakes & Closings made its event debut and it was a success! 🥂🔑✨

I had the opportunity to showcase both sides of my business, connect with so many amazing women, share a little real estate knowledge, and sell out of every single banana pudding! 🥹

Thank you @purposeandprofitevent for creating such an empowering space for women and entrepreneurs. This was only the beginning for Modern Treats × Modern Living. 🤎
