Today's musings... ✨ #whole #selflovejourney #spiritualawakening by @moinherfeels
It's not an understatement to say 2020 has been a real doozy, and for a couple months there my mental health really suffered. I've come to terms with the fact that I'm a highly sensitive individual. I choose to see it as a gift. But when the fires came, BLM, COVID, and the unveiling of how deep and tragic the child trafficking industry is... My heart collapsed. I cared so much about it all. But I had to draw boundaries. I let more out than I was putting back in, and it drained me entirely. This time it was different. I couldn't just fall into a pit of despair. I had a young son who still needed so much of me... ✨ So I started to jot down my thoughts and pains at night. Artwork allowed for a method of expression where I felt I had no other avenue. Slowly I went back into guided meditations. My Saturn's return, although incredibly ill-timed (or perfect? Some might say) was aligning me back to my Divine purpose. I am grounded once again. I'm thankful for all I know and the wisdom nuggets I receive from my council. We are so generously supported, if only we search within. by @moinherfeels
I understand that I will never understand. I still stand. I will listen. 🖤 #blackouttuesday #theshowmustbepaused by @moinherfeels
I have been hesitant to post about any of this because "I'm in Australia, I'm not black, what can I even do about this?" Yet it still hurts my heart. And choosing silence is a privilege I am no longer willing to exercise. Change needs to happen, and will only happen at the level of each individual. I asked out loud, what can I do? And I listened for the answer... • ✨ Have conversations.✨ • Those of us who do not know; listen. Work on ourselves so that we are open to listening, and only listening. Not to rebut. To learn. • Those of us who know; speak. We have been taught to silence ourselves so that we make our oppressors comfortable, just so we may have a seat at the table. Just so we may feel as if we finally belong. Now is not the time for that. It's time to be real. It's not going to be comfortable. It is necessary. • Being educated on what others go through is where we need to start... Action is next. This level of racism exists everywhere in the world, and it's up to us to end it in our own families and communities first. • If we've learnt anything from #covid it's how fast something can spread. One person can make a difference. We can make a difference. • #georgefloyd #breonnataylor #ahmaudarbery #consciousevolution #forhumanity by @moinherfeels
Got about 70% done with freehand scoring this #ryesourdough when I realized I was drawing a weed plant 🤦🏽‍♀️... They say creativity reveals the mind's truest desires... 😏 #420 #itsbeen84years #willprobablybe84more #slowliving #slowbaking by @moinherfeels
Ideally I'd like to hand write these little brain farts and make it all pretty for y'all, but I'm often nap- and/or booby-trapped so I'll have to make do for now. #excerptsfrommydiary #consciousness #selfawarenessjourney by @moinherfeels

Life is cyclical. There are ebbs and flows, waxes and wanes, peaks and troughs. Don't fight whatever stage you are in, trust me - you'll be much more happier and productive in the long run if you are at ease with the current; the flow. And sometimes that means doing nothing at all. #liveyourbestlife by @moinherfeels
If it's not full moon feels I don't want it 🌝✨ #goodvibesonly by @moinherfeels
