Restoration of a central incisor with a Class IV defect was achieved using composite resin to rebuild the incisal edge. Given the patient’s generalized spacing in their dentition, the natural spacing between the incisors was maintained to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing and natural result. The outcome was a successfully restored tooth that blended seamlessly with the patient’s existing dental anatomy.
