✨ Helping people get unstuck by releasing emotional baggage & shifting subconscious patterns. Build a grounded, aligned life & business—no hustle.

POSTS STORIES REELS

There was a season of my life when I thought success would finally make me feel like enough.

I chased the titles.
The promotions.
The accomplishments.

What I eventually discovered is that none of those things can give you something that has to come from within.

That’s one of the stories I share in my episode of Legacy Makers.

We talked about the corporate career, the burnout, the pivots, the moments that changed everything, and how those experiences ultimately led me to the work I do today—helping people recognize the funk they’re in and take their next best step toward emotional sovereignty.

I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to share my story, and I hope that somewhere in it, you see a little bit of your own.

🎥 The full episode is available now. The link to watch is in my bio.

If you do watch it, I’d love to hear what part resonates with you most. ❤️

Hustle works — I’m not debating that.

What rarely gets talked about is the cost.
And in my experience, that cost doesn’t show up immediately.

It shows up later — when the goals are hit, the recognition is there, and something inside still feels off.

🎧 The Real Cost of Hustle Culture is live now on the WTF Podcast.

You’ve accomplished so much. So why do you still feel like you have something to prove?

The goals. The achievements. The endless to-do lists. Somewhere along the way, we started using all of it to determine whether we’re enough.

And here’s the thing… no amount of achievement can answer a question that was never supposed to be tied to what we accomplish in the first place.

That’s why I created Self-Worth Rewired, a new four-part series on The WTF Podcast.
We’re unpacking how our worth became tangled up in achievement and approval, why we get stuck in the cycle of proving ourselves, and how to start living from our worth instead of constantly trying to earn it.

🎧 The series kicks off November 4! Listen on The WTF Podcast wherever you get your podcasts.

📖 Want to take it a step further? I’ve created a Self-Worth Rewired Companion Workbook with reflection exercises, EFT tapping, guided mirror work, and subliminal audio to help you put what you’re learning into practice.

TWO DAYS!! 🎉☕️

I’ve been working on something that’s really close to my heart, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Have you ever stopped to think about how much of your life you’ve spent trying to prove you’re enough?

Through your accomplishments. Your career. Being the one everyone can count on. Getting it all right (or at least making it look like you do). 🙋‍♀️

Somewhere along the way, we started confusing what we DO with who we ARE. And our sense of worth got tangled up in all of it.

But here’s the thing: Your worth was never something you had to earn.

This Wednesday, November 4th, I’m kicking off Self-Worth Rewired, a special four-part series on The WTF Podcast.

We’re unpacking how we got here, the patterns that keep us stuck in proving mode, and what it looks like to start living from a place of knowing we’re already enough.

I have a feeling this series is going to hit home for a lot of you. ❤️

Who’s ready to stop proving and start remembering? 🙌

Responsible. Stable. And she “blew it up a bunch of times.” 🔥

Dr. Alessandra Wall has reinvented her coaching business several times and left psychology behind. Now she uses that story with her clients all the time. Sometimes people just need to see that it’s possible, and an example is often right in front of them.

It’s successful. It’s everything you said you wanted. So why does something still feel off? 🤍

Molly asked Dr. Alessandra Wall for ONE thing to do if that’s you. Her answer was simple, and she got goosebumps saying it: slow down.

“Can I change my mind?” The answer is 100% yes. 💛

When your identity and worth are wrapped up in your title, ending up out of step with yourself is easy. The first step out of the funk is awareness. We get stuck when we can’t name what we’re feeling and it just loops in our heads. Name it, then give yourself permission to want something different.

SO SO SO EXCITED for the Milwaukee Brewers!!! 💙💛⚾️

WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS!!! 🏆🎉

Many of you may not know this, but my mom’s family is from Milwaukee, and I spent part of my summers growing up at my grandmother’s house there.

Back when the Brewers played at Milwaukee County Stadium, we could actually WALK from my grandmother’s house to the stadium to watch games!

So the Milwaukee Brewers aren’t just a baseball team to me. They’re a huge part of my childhood and some really special memories with my family.

Seeing them win the World Series for the first time is just SO freaking exciting!! I’m so happy for the team, the city of Milwaukee, and all the fans who have waited so long for this moment!

GO BREWERS!!! 💙💛⚾️🏆 by @mollypositivepants

She knew she couldn’t go back to just being a therapist, and she wasn’t sure coaching was it either. 💭

Alessandra took 6 months off. Then a friend gave her advice that changed everything: “Give it 2 years. Redefine what’s working for you.” So she took a hard look at both careers. What did she love? Who did she love working with? What wasn’t working, and why?

Just because you CAN handle it doesn’t mean you HAVE to handle it.

Ohhhh, this one is for my fellow overachievers, problem solvers, and recovering members of the “Fine, I’ll Just Do It Myself” club. 🙋♀️

You know who you are.

You’re the dependable one. The strong one. The person who can juggle 47 things at once while everyone else wonders how you manage to get it all done.

And the truth is, you probably CAN handle it all.

But here’s the question: 𝘐𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺?

Somewhere along the way, we start confusing our capability with our responsibility. And before we know it, we’re carrying everyone else’s expectations, emotions, problems, and responsibilities right alongside our own.

No wonder we’re exhausted!

My October article for FORCE Magazine is all about recognizing the difference between “I can handle it” and “I have to handle it.”

Because part of getting out of the funk is recognizing where we still have agency. We get to decide what’s ours, what isn’t, and where we’re going to put our energy.

And sometimes your next best step is realizing that just because you can carry something doesn’t mean you should.

Tell me, are you a card-carrying member of the “I’ll Just Do It Myself” club? 😂
