POSTS STORIES REELS

Just finished the first draft of my novel.

London. Friendship. Marriage. Class. Faith. Identity. Parties. Drugs. Scandals. Psychedelics. Investors. M&A. Family dynasty.

A world you do not usually see unless you have lived in it, or close to it.

Not my story. Fiction. But shaped by lived experience, observed moments, and plenty of twists.

I started this on 5 July 2022. There were all kinds of distractions along the way, but I kept feeling that this book needed to be written. And here we are: I switched off from all my other projects for a couple of months and finished the first draft on 20 April 2026.

Above all, the glory goes to God, who carried me through the process and gave me the imagination. The flow of words felt magical. Even I surprised myself.

99,480 words, 198 A4 pages…

Are you curious?

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

One of the most influential mindset and personal-development authors, Jim Rohn, once said this — and I always quote him in my speeches.

Because this is exactly what we are building at @vntrcapital :
a community of like-minded investors, founders, and innovators who grow together, support each other, and shape a stronger global venture ecosystem.

On 11 November, VNTR hosted its Global Summit in Lisbon, bringing together 400+ vetted venture investors from all over the world — each personally approved and verified.

Some of the influential guests and VNTR Club Members included:

⭐ Igor Ryabenkiy
Managing Partner at AltaIR Capital, one of the most active early-stage funds with 400+ portfolio companies including Miro, Turing, and PandaDoc. A globally respected early-stage investor and ecosystem builder.

⭐ Kelly Perdew
Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Moonshots Capital, a top U.S. fund investing in leadership-driven founders. Former co-founder of Military.com and winner of NBC’s The Apprentice. A major influence in the American venture landscape.

⭐ Pedro Santos Vieira
Partner at 500 Global, one of the world’s leading VC platforms with $2.7B AUM. A Kauffman Fellow with deep experience in Silicon Valley, product development, and scaling companies from idea to growth.

⭐ Gaurav Dubey
Founder & CEO of TDeFi, a leading global Web3 incubator supporting 50+ blockchain and digital economy companies. A key figure in shaping the future of crypto innovation.

⭐ Stephan De Moraes
Managing General Partner at Indico Capital Partners, one of Portugal’s top VC funds backing global successes like Remote.com and Unbabel. A major force in the European tech ecosystem.

⭐ Yuri Rabinovich
Managing Partner at VNTR and the creator of the global VNTR investor community. Connector of funds, founders, and LPs across continents, building one of the most active investor networks worldwide.

The energy, the insights, and the quality of people in the room showed exactly why community matters. And why the “power of the five people around you” is real.

Thrilled to have spoken at the conference for 250 incredible female founders at Google’s London office.

In a market where only 2% of VC investments go to women, it was inspiring to see so many hardworking women who’ve secured funding.

I’m impressed by these bright entrepreneurs changing the world, many of them juggling motherhood.

Special thanks to @emmiefaust and @femalefoundersrise for their impactful work. Grateful for the opportunity to share insights on family office investments and their benefits. Let’s keep empowering each other! 💪 #FemaleFounders #InvestingInChange #EmpowerWomen #femalefoundersrise by @moly_abduali

Today’s workspace comes with a beautiful view: Studio Lenca’s paintings in blue. 💙

Working beside art reminds me how much we need space for curiosity, beauty and imagination—not just another task on our to-do list.

For me, art nourishes the soul because it invites us to pause, notice our feelings and see through someone else’s eyes. There’s no spreadsheet to complete, no right answer to find. Just a moment to look and wonder.

And creativity matters even when you work in finance. Looking beyond the obvious, connecting ideas and imagining possibilities are part of that work too. Numbers deserve careful analysis, but they don’t remove the need for imagination.

You don’t have to be an artist to make art part of your life.

Sometimes, looking away from the screen is exactly what helps you return with a fresh perspective. ✨

Today’s art discoveries at Sotheby’s and Phillips 🎨

I loved the contemporary art at both auction houses. These are some of the pieces I would personally invest in—and love to live with. Imagine waking up to one of these paintings every morning.

London during Frieze Week is something special. Mayfair is full of art lovers and collectors from around the world. Today alone, I met three people, including visitors who had travelled from New York and Paris.

Those conversations are a lovely part of the experience, but the greatest pleasure is seeing beautiful artworks from across the world, all here in London.

If you’re feeling inspired, here are some major international art events still to enjoy before the end of 2026:

📍 Venice Biennale — Venice, Italy
Already open, until 22 November.

📍 Art Basel Paris — Grand Palais, Paris, France
23–25 October.

📍 Artissima — Oval Lingotto, Turin, Italy
30 October–1 November.

📍 ART COLOGNE — Cologne, Germany
6–8 November public days; preview and vernissage on 5 November.

📍 Frieze Abu Dhabi — Manarat Al Saadiyat, UAE
19–22 November; check your ticket for entry dates and times.

📍 Art Basel Miami Beach — Miami Beach, USA
4–6 December.

Save this list for your art calendar, share it with someone you’d love to go with, and don’t miss the chance to see these works in person. 🤍

P.S. I need a bigger house for these paintings. 😂

We make time for work, responsibilities and endless to-do lists. But how often do we make time for what nourishes our soul? 🎨

For me, visiting an art exhibition is a chance to slow down and notice what I feel. A painting can bring back a memory, challenge an assumption or express something I’ve never quite found the words for.

You don’t need to understand every piece. Sometimes being curious—and allowing yourself to feel something—is enough.

This week, I visited Frieze in Regent’s Park. A few interesting facts:
✨ Frieze London began in 2003, founded by Amanda Sharp and Matthew Slotover.
✨ This year’s edition brings together 172 galleries from 42 countries and regions.
✨ Its sister fair, Frieze Masters, explores art across thousands of years.
✨ Frieze Sculpture is free to visit—art you can discover simply by walking through the park.

Frieze London was interesting, but Frieze Masters was my personal favourite. I could have spent hours there.

When was the last time a work of art made you stop and feel something? 🤍

P.s. going there again on Friday, ping me if you are planning to attend too. by @moly_abduali

Frieze London was interesting, but Frieze Masters stole my heart. ✨

If you’re choosing between the two, I’d recommend Frieze Masters—it was the highlight for me!

🇬🇧 A curated room in London this week — VNTR & Formation Venture Engineering

FVE Foundry walked everyone through how they work: overlooked, de-risked science sourced globally and built into spinouts across neurodegeneration, vaccines, antimicrobial resistance and cellular aging. Investors hold 20% founding equity in every spinout, pay no carried interest, and receive distributions at each liquidity event.

Then the room did the rest — introductions, questions, and conversations that carried on well past the agenda

Thanks to our Chapter Director in London, @moly_abduali, for building this room, and to everyone who took a seat at it 🤝🏻

Another inspiring evening at Unstoppable @vntrcapital . 🚀

We hosted another investor roundtable, this time exploring the Life Sciences sector, bringing together investors who are genuinely curious about what is being built next.

One of the things I value most about VNTR is that it has never been just about transactions. It’s about relationships. The right introduction, the right conversation at the right moment, and creating an environment where ambitious people can find each other and build together.

I was also excited to present VNTR OS — a new product created by the team under the leadership of @byuric , designed to bring even more value to the community.

And VNTR is evolving. We are now opening the community not only to investors, but also to outstanding founders who want to be surrounded by people who think bigger, share opportunities and create meaningful connections.

For me, that is what makes VNTR special: people first, curiosity, trust, generosity and the willingness to open doors for one another.

I’m incredibly grateful to our one-and-only global connector, @julia_titova_official , who introduced me to VNTR four years ago. One introduction can genuinely change the trajectory of your life—and this one certainly did for me. ❤️

If you’re an investor or founder and think VNTR could be the right community for you, DM me and I’ll tell you more about joining the community and VNTR OS.

The right room can change everything. 🚀

What an experience at the Laver Cup London 2026! 🎾

The matches were fantastic, but what left me truly speechless was seeing world-class players up close: their focus, discipline and ability to remain composed under such enormous pressure.

I’m officially a new fan of Learner Tien. Alexander Zverev was brilliant, as always, and Jakub Mensik and Flavio Cobolli showed such fantastic teamwork.

It also felt surreal to be in the same arena as tennis royalty: Rod Laver, Roger Federer, Andre Agassi, Pat Rafter, Yannick Noah and Tim Henman.

And there were quite a few familiar faces away from the court too… Whom did you spot in my video? 👀

I’m feeling so inspired to get back on the court myself—although we’ll see whether that inspiration survives my first lesson and the muscle pain the following morning. 😂

Next time, I’m definitely bringing the children. I want them to experience this atmosphere and see that what looks effortless on the court is actually built on years of discipline, hard work and genuine passion for the game.

P.S. Yesterday’s musical was amazing, and I have far too many videos to share. I’ll post them later. Right now, the only performance I’m capable of is approximately ten hours of sleep. 🙈
