Day 1 of thanksgiving festivities 🇨🇦 how my plate started vs how it ended lol 😂 and now… couch

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours 🧡 what’s the one dish in your house that never survives the table?

A little pep talk from me in my pajamas. 👍🏼💗

I know how easy it is to get to the end of the day and think about everything you didn’t get to. So if you needed to hear it too, you’re doing enough. The rest can wait until tomorrow.

Patting every pocket like my keys are going to magically appear 😂

Spoiler: they were in the pocket I already checked. Twice. 🤦🏻‍♀️

What are you always looking for—your keys, phone or glasses? 🤭

Apparently “Britney, back in the day” wasn’t the answer they were looking for 😂😭

I’ve seen her live, but I’d happily go back and lose my voice all over again. Someone find me a time machine. 🎤✨

What concert would you go back and relive?

Made it home. Still sitting here like I have another stop. 😂

Nothing’s wrong. I just need a few minutes before doing whatever comes next.

The bags, the messages, the things I said I’d do… all still waiting. So am I. 🤭

Anyone else need a minute before going inside?

Still not telling you my age… but I am giving you more evidence. 😂

Part 2, because one reel couldn’t fit all the clues. These movies and songs have clearly stayed with me longer than anything I learned in math class. 🤭

Have you figured it out yet? Drop your guess below. 👇

I could tell you my age… or I could just show you this. 😂

The boy bands, the movies, the shows… apparently my entire childhood is still taking up space in my brain. And yes, I still know the words. 🎶

Which one brought you straight back? 👇

“Wait… let me start again.” 😂

Five attempts, tears in my eyes, and you still have no idea what happened.

Anyone else laugh harder trying to explain it? 🤣

My paycheque came in and the bills said, “We’ll take it from here.” 😂

At least I got a fancy coffee during my four minutes of financial freedom. ☕️

Anyone else’s payday feel more like a quick visit?

Apparently my fangirl era didn’t end. It was just waiting for me to have adult money. 😂💸

Backstreet Boys AND Jonas Brothers? Someone check on my bank account before the posters go back up.

Who’s the band that brings your teenage self right back? 👀🎶

“I have so much to be grateful for. Why do I feel like this?”

If you’ve ever thought that, you don’t have to feel guilty for struggling. You can love your family, appreciate your life, and still feel overwhelmed.

You don’t need to prove that things are “bad enough” to ask for help. What you’re feeling deserves care, too.

On World Mental Health Day, a reminder for all of us: check on the person who always says “I’m fine”—and give yourself permission to answer honestly, too. 🩷
