What a beautiful sunrise here at the lake! by @mommentor

I am so excited!
The company I have been representing for the past 26 years just came out with TWO incredible new products and I can’t wait to try them. It will be available tomorrow!!
🤔 Feeling anxious, foggy, or just “off”?
You’re not alone—and it might not start in your head at all.

I’ve learned (and experienced!) your gut is actually your “second brain.”
Inside you lives a whole community—your microbiome—quietly shaping mood, energy, even how you handle stress.

Here’s the hope: when we feed that inner ecosystem with prebiotics and probiotics, it begins to restore balance.
✨ 90% of your serotonin is created in the gut.
✨ Healthy bacteria calm the stress response and lower inflammation.
✨ The result? Clearer mind, steadier emotions, a stronger you.

💛 This isn’t just science—it’s a path to healing. God designed our bodies to work in harmony. When we nurture the gut, we invite the ultimate design for wholeness to flow.

➡️ Your next step: start with one small change today—add our probiotic and a fiber-rich prebiotic to feed it. DM me or comment “second brain” and I’ll send you more info. 💞

By nurturing a diverse gut microbiome with pre- and probiotics*, you help support balanced neurochemistry, lower inflammation, and foster a resilient mind–body connection.

You were created to thrive. Let’s heal from the inside out—together. 💛

*Here’s a summary:
• Probiotics: Live beneficial microbes can restore balance after antibiotics, support healthy neurotransmitter production, and reduce stress-related cortisol spikes.
• Prebiotics: Non-digestible fibers serve as “food” for good bacteria, encouraging their growth and helping them produce SCFAs that protect the brain.
• Synergy: Prebiotics feed probiotics, making them more effective—often called a synbiotic effect.

When people ask me what the difference is between vitamins and whole food nutrition, this picture says it all!

𝖣𝖨𝖣 𝖸𝖮𝖴 𝖪𝖭𝖮𝖶 that the 0.5mg of vitamin C in an apple 🍎 is as effective as a 1500mg vitamin C pill? 💊 😮

The average multivitamin has just around 32 nutrients (see pictured vial), while each piece of produce has over 20,000 nutrients (see pictured container) working synergistically together to make a much bigger impact in our bodies. Our bodies were made to recognize food and it goes to work to protect us and get rid of unwanted things going on within our body.

Which do you think could keep you healthier?

JUICE PLUS is Not MAGIC, but it does more to assist our body to stay healthy, recover after exercise, heal faster, and protect us from all the bad things out there, than any vitamin or prescription on the market. Too good to be true ????? Juice Plus has over 41 scientific research studies on our products with humans ….. not mice or test tubes!!!! You can see some companies try to copy our product, but no one even comes close to us!

There is no other product in the world, with or without a prescription that can do what Juice Plus does.
