Meet Cast of "Wise Cracks" Part 1

@caoilfhionndoyle is Vera, the site inspector. And @johnny.mooney.71 is the foreman.

The foreman tries to show his power but is usually ineffective, then you have Vera who is well spoken and assertive.

The foreman is giving Vera the ick in regards to his Health and Safety standards on the site! by @monasterevinscreencollective

I am in my studio today, a perfect place to be on such a rainy day.

Pre production process for our 2nd film as a collective has officially begun. All of us at @monasterevinscreencollective will have our hands full over the next few months.

We done a super job on our first film, but we have also learned alot!

I wish I could do this all day, every day. Some dreams do come true though. 🙂 by @monasterevinscreencollective

@monasterevinscreencollective are back in business tonight 7-8.30pm W34 RR58

We will chat about how our shoot went last weekend, what we learned from it and what we can do better.

We will also be discussing our NEXT PROJECT..

It's never too late to join us, feel free to pop in and see what we get up to! by @monasterevinscreencollective

WE DONE IT!! It's official, we at @monasterevinscreencollective have wrapped on our first short film!

We shot over 2 days in Monasterevin with a cast and crew of 14 people..all members of our group.

We are so lucky to have all the crew needed to develop this from script to screen. And all for ZERO cost!

Some might say, ah ya can't do that for nothing, you will never get it across the line....but we did.

I want to thank every member of the collective for putting in 2.5 days of hard graft and for all the laughs we had.

Go Team 😎 by @monasterevinscreencollective

I can't believe I am saying this, but it is Day 1 of our FIRST short film at @monasterevinscreencollective

I never would have thought, as I sat in @marketsquare_monasterevin on that Monday night in June, that such a mix of wonderfully talanted creatives would all gather in that specific moment in time.

I have worked on setting this group up for such a long time so that I could meet creatives near me, AND IT WORKED!

It is a very emotional day. I want to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for joining me on that night and creating such love and laughter and stories.

So let's show them how we roll. 👊👊

Love to you all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ by @monasterevinscreencollective

It's the last push now for pre-production on our first short film "Wise Cracks"

There is no better way to spend an evening.

We are all so excited to get started on this project. We have a wonderfully talented team of crew and actors.

Keep going until you get there. 👊👊 by @monasterevinscreencollective

From initial ideas to the script. Table reads, cast and crew casting;location recce to exterior rehersals. We have done it all.

We have a busy week ahead with pre-production and 1 more rehersal tonight.

Who would have thought it! It's true what they say, if you want it bad enough it will happen.

INTRODUCING @borris23 to the @monasterevinscreencollective

John joined us 2 weeks ago to help us out, and and now he is staying with us. 😁👏

John is new to acting and the film world. He has studied sound engineering in Windmill Lane Studios and currently doing creative media to upskill.

He has a keen interest in TV and film and currently finding himself exploring the creative world (and loving it). by @monasterevinscreencollective

Our exterior rehearsals went great last night. Lovely to see it all coming together now.

It wouldn't be possible without the dedicated people of the collective.

Watch this space for details of our upcoming short.
