If you’re ever in Guadalajara, make time for lunch at PalReal 😍

Ivy on every wall, a greenhouse upstairs, and a plate so good I had to go take a nap after. This is the kind of place where nobody rushes you, so you end up staying longer than you planned.

Thank you for having me. First of a few Guadalajara spots I’m sharing from my time there.

Where should I take you next: food, nightlife, or where to stay?

Y’all were right, Boca Grande is safe 🫡

I’m not saying you’ll get mugged. I’m saying the beach has a business model and it’s you 🙃

Part 3 is where I’d actually stay.

Here's to getting over it 🥂

TLDR: this travel spree has been a complete whim🧚🏾I went because I got tired of waiting for things to happen to me, and I wanted to execute on things that are fully in my control.

So it's the end of the trip in Cartagena. I'm on the beach, minding my business, and Spirit taps me on the shoulder like, girl... When are you going to be able to do this again?

And I didn't have a good answer.

That instructor had the patience of a saint, because I was fighting for my life in about four feet of water before we ever got to the good part. 🥲

But then I got it. And it was quiet, and blue, and I was actually doing it.

I've spent a long time waiting on somebody to come hand me the good stuff. Turns out I can just go get it myself. Even when I'm bad at it

Especially when I'm bad at it.

Save this for the next time you catch yourself waiting on a sign. And send it to the friend who keeps saying "someday."

The best part of donation day isn’t the donations 🤞🏾

Saturday we were at Coke Street Apartments with The ReUp Movement and a truck full of furniture, clothes, food and hygiene items. We even raffled off a treadmill and a few furniture pieces.

But what stays with me is watching people find the thing they actually needed and seeing their whole face change. You can’t fake that.

Felix has come out four times now, and he said it better than I could.

Grateful for The ReUp Movement and everybody who showed up. Everybody deserves a new beginning.

Cartagena, block by block 📍

Nobody tells you this before a solo trip: the city you get depends on the block you wake up on.

Same Cartagena, completely different trips. One version is quiet mornings, a laptop, and a coffee shop that learns your order. One is balconies and history on every corner. One doesn’t go to sleep. None of them is wrong, but only one is the trip you actually came for ✨

I had to learn that by walking it. Every neighborhood I passed through showed me a different city, and a different version of me in it.

So before you pick the cute place with the good photos, ask yourself what you need this trip to do for you. Rest? Work? A good time? Something deeper?

And if it’s something deeper, save a day for Palenque. It’s the first free African town in the Americas, and standing there is a different kind of full 🤎

I broke down every neighborhood in the video. Watch it before you book 📍

Grateful for a city that gave me all of it 🫶🏾

What kind of trip are you planning next?

Dasia out 🤞🏾

$What happens after it works? 🤞🏾 Everybody plans for the post that flops. Hardly anybody plans for the one that lands. The good video is the easy part. The harder part is everything waiting on the other side of it: the price, the link, the front door, the person who answers the phone. That’s where the sale actually happens, and it’s usually the part nobody looked at. I love a beautiful shoot. But a beautiful shoot pointed at a business that isn’t ready is just an expensive way to find out ✨ So before you spend on content, walk through your own business like a stranger would. Click your own link. Read your own menu. Try to buy from yourself. Wherever you get stuck, your customer already did. Marketing is the whole path, not just the part people can see. And I’m grateful I get to do the part nobody claps for 🫶🏾 If you want a second set of eyes on yours, book a call and let’s chat about it. You cannot daydream your way there. 💭

I can’t take credit for this one. I heard a woman explain it knee deep in a doom scroll and I’ve said it to myself nearly everyday since. IT WORKS.

The mood board is cute. Replaying what went wrong, or even what went right, feels productive. Neither one is where your life is happening.

Manifesting is being aware enough right now to see the opening, and then moving on it. ✨

I repeat it to myself often because I want to remember it in the moments that count.

Grateful to a stranger on my feed for that one. 🙏🏾

What’s the thing you keep picturing instead of doing? 👇🏾

Nobody warned me the plan could be this simple 😌

People keep asking how I'm doing all this traveling, and I wish the answer was more exciting. A friend told me I'd like Cartagena. So I said yes, and I went ✈️ That was the entire plan.

Here's what I figured out out there: I'm not on vacation. I'm practicing living 🌊 And most of what I kept waiting on, I already had.

Save this for the next time you're talking yourself out of something 📌 Send it to the friend who needs the push 💌 by @mone_themarketer

Your company's story can be told in countless ways.

Behind-the-scenes moments. Workspace details.
Client experiences. Mishaps and misfortunes.
Hands-on demonstrations.

People resonate with what's relatable. Which is more of a reason for you to not force how you talk about what you do and who it's for. Think of it like making friends and dating.

If you don't be yourself, you attract what's not for you.

Talking on camera is truly a practice makes progress kind of thing. The more you do it, the better the story gets.
