This is “The Threshold” the largest mural in Kentucky, spanning over 8,000 sq ft in Downtown Louisville 🎨

📍 Humana Water Tower Parking Garage
Brook Street, Downtown Louisville, KY

🎨 Artist & Designer: @jaylinmonetstewart

Threshold marks the moment where preparation meets purpose..a shared crossing into scale, legacy, and collective possibility 🙏🏾

Thank you to @louisvillevisualart and @humana for trusting my vision and allowing me to lead in my profession. It’s truly been a pleasure.

I asked God to use me and deliver me..He gave me the largest mural in Kentucky! 🫟🎨 look at this progress…..

It’s been one of the most monumental and beautiful journeys of my career. 🥹

Balancing being an artist striving to be one of the greatest to ever do it, while leading others..it’s not easy. The pressure, the people, the back-door energy, the long nights, the heavy days.. And STILL, this mural is coming out so so beautiful.

Every brushstroke reminds me why I started. Every challenge reminds me why I keep going. I’m beyond proud of what’s being created here … it’s coming along, and it’s truly something special 🏁

We’re ALMOST THERE 🥹💪🏾

Louisville’s first street mural 🖤💜🩷🧡💛

This isn’t just art; it’s testament to love and our growth. As someone born and raised in the West End, I’ve witnessed our neighborhoods being deprived of opportunities in the arts and beyond for far too long. Leading this project means everything to me. It’s been a real honor. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life in just 36 hours. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!! 🙏🏾

Talk about when opportunity meets preparation 🏆🐐🎨

Saturday, November 8th — I put the final coat of paint on this beautiful, massive garage. I was called on for a task not many could complete..and I executed it in just 10 weeks.

Still gathering my words to fully express it how I feel 🥹. There’s no limit to what I can do 🫟

Huge gratitude to everyone who made this possible, Monet’ Murals, Louisville Visual Art, and Humana. 💚
