Always keep an eye on the temperature – with the probes of the MONOLITH smartCONTROL. 🌡️🔥

Included are two wireless Bluetooth probes and one wired ambient temperature probe.

The Bluetooth probes measure both the core temperature of your food and the ambient temperature directly around it. So you always know how far your steak, brisket or chicken has cooked.

The wired probe measures the temperature inside the kamado and enables smartCONTROL to regulate it automatically, even before you've put any food on the grill. by @monolithgrillukir

For MONOLITH and beyond:

smartCONTROL wasn't designed exclusively for MONOLITH grills. Current MONOLITH kamados already feature the required connection, with the exception of the ONE series.

For other MONOLITH models and kamado grills from other brands, a universal adapter is included in the package. It simply slides into the air inlet track, allowing smartCONTROL to be connected with ease.

This means the system isn't just for MONOLITH owners, but for anyone looking to upgrade their charcoal grill with digital temperature control. by @monolithgrillukir

🐷🔥 CHAR SUI PIG WINGS… YES, PIG WINGS! 🔥🐷

We asked Butcher Tindale at Shearer & Son to surprise us with something different, and he certainly delivered! 👀

These beauties went low and slow on the Monolith with Big K Dura charcoal, seasoned with Big Daddy’s Malton Char Sui rub and finished with a sticky hoisin glaze. Served up on noodles for the ultimate sweet, savoury feast! 🤤

Not your everyday BBQ cook! 🔥 Have you ever tried pig wings?

A Whole New World of Fire Cooking 🧡🥂

There’s something incredibly exciting about getting to grips with a new piece of kit, and my new @monolithgrillukir is already proving to be an absolute game changer, super heat control and it just looks super sexing out in the garden

From fierce, high heat grilling to slow roasting and gentle poaching in a cast iron pot, the versatility of this incredible grill opens up a whole new world of possibilities, giving me the freedom to push boundaries, experiment with bold flavours and take live fire cooking up another level

On the menu today whilst the sun is shining

A Brazilian inspired Tucupi, gamey duck in a golden fermented yellow tomato broth with lime, garlic, saffron, ginger, yellow scotch bonnets and banana chillies, it’s a sort of chilli mash if you will, sounds like an insane clash of ingredients but it’s deep, layered, bold, and vibrant and really compliments the gamey duck legs!

I added @louisas_honey ginger honey to the sauce to bring a beautiful sweetness that balances the punchy heat of the chillies

A dusting of @fireflybbq Mississippi Master All Purpose Seasoning, a beautifully balanced blend that allows every ingredient to shine while adding depth and character to the duck, and plenty of black pepper

Smoke, fire, sweetness and heat, creating a dish that celebrates everything I love about cooking over fire with amazing fresh produce

This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to discover what else this incredible @monolithgrillukir can do

All cooked over the incredible @bigkproductsltd ACH15 recommended by @alexbigk7

Fire, smoke and patience where bold flavours are born and fire becomes an art 🧡🥂
