She spent years in agony… 🤯

Missing school, then university lectures, then work days…

Sometimes throwing up from the pain, unable to focus and emotionally drained.

For women dealing with severe period pain, the options feel limited and frustrating…

Because we’ve somehow decided that it’s normal to potentially spend a quarter of your life in pain, just because it’s common.

This was until her grandmother shared an Ayurvedic recipe from India, with saffron, turmeric, and other herbs. A natural blend you only need to take three times a month.

Compare that to expensive daily supplements or harsh medical treatments that fail to address the root cause of the issue.

@montheaze was born from this discovery…

And it’s now helping hundreds of women every month escape the cycle of accepted suffering.

Her pitch at the Dream Machine captured the simplicity of wanting to stop people being in pain when you know a solution exists.

Refusing to keep it to herself.

She’s found her purpose, and from it, we’re starting to see an incredibly driven and passionate entrepreneur who wants to help as many people as possible…

Now, she just needs support to get this into the hands of women who need it ❤️

Your period is coming… and it’s FREEZING outside. 🥶🩸

If there’s ever a time to give yourself a little extra TLC, it’s now. ❄️

Ayurveda has long embraced warming foods, comforting rituals and seasonal self-care. And the best part? You don’t have to wait until your period arrives to start looking after yourself. 💗

That’s exactly the thinking behind Montheaze

Inspired by my grandma’s traditional Ayurvedic remedy, Montheaze is a unique monthly supplement ritual made with ingredients including ginger, turmeric, fennel and saffron, plus vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

✨ Just 1 cube a day for 3 days before your period.

☕ Enjoy it as a warming tea or a little treat.

💗 One pack lasts 2 cycles.

And if you’re thinking of making Montheaze part of your routine this winter, our subscription works out at just £10 a month, billed every 2 months.

Your next period deserves a little preparation, not just last-minute panic. 🤍

🛍️ Discover Montheaze via the link in our bio.

📌 SAVE this guide for your next period and send it to someone who needs a little winter TLC.
