Fellas, I know it’s been a lil hot, but if you walking around with an umbrella, I suggest you pull your skirt down because your pum pum is showing… #ManUp 😤 by @monzterjonez

After watching my niece at nationals this past weekend, I was having flashbacks to the 98 state meet at Cerritos College 😩. May I’m trippin but I thought it was funny when it aired on FoxSports it seemed like they tried to keep us out of the frame. I led off on first leg and clearly passed the baton to my brother in the lead but the FoxSports announcers acted like my brother just jumped into the lead out of nowhere 🤣🤣. Or maybe they didn’t want any drama that was at city meet 🤣🤣 1 race, 2 views

Present Father 😌

#HappyFathersDay #MyLightSkinTwin by @monzterjonez

So our mom just celebrated her 67th birthday this past Tuesday and when I got off the phone with her I had a flashback to when me and my brother damn near burnt down the apartment complex trying to bake my mom a birthday cake 😩😩… We was only around 4 or 5 years old. We was up early just watching morning cartoons. Mom was still sleep. We thought it would be a good idea to surprise mom and bake her a birthday cake. We swear we knew what we was doing but we didn’t. All we did was put a box of cake mix in the oven. No we didn’t mix it with anything, nor did we even open the box. 🤦🏿‍♂️ we just took the whole box, put it on a pan and put it in the oven. Now imagine running to the kitchen every 10min to check and see if a box of cake mix actually turned into a birthday cake🤦🏿‍♂️… “Is it ready?” “No it’s not ready yet” 😩😩😂😂
That took so long we must of forgot about it cause next thing we knew smoke was all over the place. Fire alarm goin off in apartment, then the entire complex and everyone has to evacuate. Fireman comes to the door, “Everyone has to get out!” “Ok… But our mom is still sleep”😩😩

I’m blessed to say my mom made it to 67 without us burning down the house 😩😂

Happy birthday again mom! #FlashbackFriday by @monzterjonez

The best thing about being a parent is watching your kids grow but the worst thing about being a parent is also watching your kids grow 😩😩...

So I tried to have my son walk into the store by himself, just to by something small. I tried waiting in the car but my nerves was bad and I just couldn’t wait. To my surprise as I walked into the store, he was already at the register. The look on his face with the sense of accomplishment was everything to me 🥹

Soooo I started this project. I had this silly idea of wanting to see how hard it is to get into shape well into your 40’s. So I did nothing for about a year. No gym, no running, nothing. And I ate any and everything insight.

So here I stand at about 205lbs, the heaviest I have ever been. Can I get back in shape or did I just fall off 😩🤷🏿‍♂️

Let go to work!
