Hello, 2026! 👋🏽 A fresh start calls for a new intro for curious souls.
.
🧘🏾 I began my journey with yoga in 2001, and though I diverted for some time, I reignited my passion for it in 2015. By 2017, a health crisis became a profound turning point, launching me into a transformative quest that propelled me into holistic healing.
.
🏕️ In 2020, my life shifted again, this time onto a deeply Spiritual path. Through sacred indigenous medicine ceremonies and profound healing work, doors of perception opened, revealing forgotten truths and boundless possibilities. These awakenings guided me to become a yoga teacher, to train under several amazingly wise and experienced mentors, and embrace opportunities for further growth. With reverent gratitude, I now have the honor of facilitating Kundalini yoga, offering sacred rituals, and weaving the essence of ceremony into my community and the lives of others. This journey continues to be a Spirit-led unfolding.
.
📚 With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and advanced Master-level coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, my specialization lies in trauma-work. My 15 years in social work and crisis counseling are complemented by several certifications in trauma care, crisis intervention, and a variety of holistic healing practices.
.
🙏🏽My passion lies in creating sacred spaces where individuals can access deep personal and spiritual growth. I bring my experience and wholehearted devotion to each moment, embodying my dharmic purpose with vulnerability, humility, and an open heart.

I’m a member of a two-year-long Curanderismo mentorship program, and tonight we had a serendipitous conversation that touched a sensitive spot in me, about the over-giving wound many space-holders carry, the high cost of (often expected)self-sacrifice, and the quiet unraveling that happens when energy is offered without boundaries.
.
If you know me, you know I’ve camped out in the sacred-servant space for much of my life in one capacity or another, and often stacked simultaneously. I’ve sometimes offered from depletion, mistaking it for devotion. I’ve confused exhaustion with purpose. I tend to stretch myself thin trying to hold others together. And albeit I hold my path hallowed and soul-driven, recently I’ve been hit hard by a wave of crippling depletion of which I’m currently nursing my wounds through.
.
In that shadowed space, this reflection came through. I share it with an open heart, for myself as a reminder to return to, and as a salve for any heart that recognizes its own reflection in these words.

Had the absolute privilege of scripting and officiating the wedding ceremony of my beautiful friends RaeAnn & Natalie in Minneapolis. 🤍💍🤍.

Earlier this year, I took the step to become ordained as an Officiant through Universal Life Church. Since then, I’ve continued my studies, training, and certification, and I’m now officially ordained as a Minister and earned my Professional Wedding Officiant Certificate through American Marriage Ministries. 🤍 💍 🤍
.
I’m legally qualified to officiate a wide range of ceremonies and rituals, including:
• Weddings & private elopements
• Vow renewals & commitments
• Funerals, memorials, & celebration of life services
• Mother, couple, & baby blessings
• Death transitions (working on my Death Doula Certification)
- and other custom space holding
.
I’m honored to offer Ceremony as another expression of the work I already feel called to do. I believe the most beautiful ceremonies aren’t simply witnessed...they’re deeply felt.
.
My approach is inclusive, non-religious, and spiritual. Together, we create something intentional, authentic, and profoundly personal, honoring your story, your values, and the meaning you want this moment to carry.
.
If you’re looking for someone to guide and hold space for your special moment, I would be honored to co-create that experience with you.

Last Thursday we celebrated 5 years of Kundalini (which is actually May 13th) with Tencha 🥹❤️ so many memories, laughs, and friends made along the way! We appreciate everything you do for Ziaya’s, helping us grow, heal, & holding space for each & every one of us! Here’s to more years of Kundalini 🦋🎉✨ by @moonsage_wellness

I waited to share this until family had been notified. So many friends saw the News and have checked in over the past week, and I’m deeply grateful for every message.
.
For those who don’t know, my family and I were in Mexico for the last week and a half, traveling through Mexico City, Cancun, and Tulum. One of the experiences I was most excited for was visiting the sacred Mesoamerican ruins and pyramids.
.
On Monday, 4/20, we visited Teotihuacán. What began as an absolutely beautiful, awe-inspiring day quickly turned tragic. While on the Pyramid of the Moon, my family and I found ourselves terrifyingly close to an active-shooter situation. We witnessed chaos, tragedy, and loss as people scrambled for safety.
.
By some grace, we made it out physically safe. We are shaken, deeply impacted, and still processing what we experienced, but we are home and together. Some of our material things were lost, but lives cannot be replaced, and my heart is with those who were severely injured, lost, and forever changed that day.
.
The remainder of our trip was lived with deeper gratitude, mindful presence, and a broader perspective. We held each other tighter, appreciated each moment more fully, and were reminded how fragile life truly is.
.
As we adjust to being home, we are holding both the beauty of an unforgettable family journey and the weight of one devastating day.
.
Thank you deeply for the love and concern as we process privately. I appreciate those who have supported us behind the scenes the past week. 🫶🏽
.
My deepest prayers are with all the victims, their loved ones, and everyone impacted.

Some tattoos are decorations.
Some are initiations.
.
This one is deeply personal.
An altarpiece I now get to carry on my body.
A memorilization and embodiment of a sacred ceremony I sat in last summer, and the Truth that moved through me.
.
Mike at @_lastwavetattoo brought my sketch to life with such care and artistry. It came out exactly how I envisioned it.
FIVE STARS! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
.
Thank you @_cards for honoring the special meaning behind it. I’m eternally grateful. ✨🙏🏽✨

After many inquiries the past few years, I’m excited to share that I’m officially ordained and recognized as a Chaplain, Clergy, and Officiant. ✨🙏🏽✨
.
I’m now able to legally officiate a wide range of ceremonies and rituals, including:

• Weddings & elopements
• Vow renewals & commitments
• Funerals, Memorials, & celebration of life services
• Blessings, death transitions, & custom ceremonies
.
If you know me, you know my personal approach is about holding deeply intentional space in a non-religious, non-dogmatic, secular but spiritual way.
.
I focus on creating deeply personal, heart-centered ceremonies that reflect your story, and the meaning you want the moment to carry.
.
If you’re looking for someone to hold space for a ritual or ceremony - something spiritual but not religious, grounded yet magical, traditional or uniquely your own, I would be honored to hold and co-create that container and forever-memory with you. 🤍
