Surprise surprise… I finished my bachelor’s degree 🎓

Next up: earning my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy👩🏻‍⚕️
•••
My path here has been anything but traditional, but I truly wouldn’t change any of it.

For years, I’ve had the privilege of working with women through makeup and hair. While people often see the glam side of it, what meant the most to me was always deeper than that. It was helping people feel confident, seen, and comfortable in themselves.

Somewhere along the way, as I poured into my clients, they poured back into me. Through conversations, experiences, and relationships, they inspired me, encouraged me, and helped lead me toward my next chapter.

Over time, I realized the part I loved most was helping people regain confidence, independence, and joy in their everyday lives, which ultimately led me to Occupational Therapy.

To everyone who taught me, mentored me, supported me, prayed for me, and loved me through every version of myself: thank you. I would not be who I am today without you.

To my clients: thank you for supporting me through every season of life. Appointments will remain the same, and I’ll still be taking smaller bookings in the Huntsville area as my schedule allows. I won’t be booking a year out at this time, but I’ll continue sharing openings and updates as they come. I’m so grateful for each of you. 🤍 by @morganandersonartistry

One final look on @_izzykarns🥹

Six years ago, I met Izzy while styling with @kimbermoffett.mua at one of my first pageants I worked. From the moment I met her, I knew she was special. She is hardworking, driven, beautiful, and kind-hearted.

Izzy was the person I practiced everything on. I basically learned how to do hair on her, because she was always with me and Kimber. We’ve spent so many late nights and early mornings together, shared tears while taking extensions out after long days, and always encouraged each other along the way. Izzy quickly became like family.

Saturday marked Izzy’s final day as Miss Teen Volunteer America, and I couldn’t be prouder of the young woman she has become. Izzy, I’ll always be cheering you on. 🤍 by @morganandersonartistry
