What a year itā€™s beenā€¦ most everyone knows that in January of last year I was sitting in jail broken, lost, angry, and full of shame and guilt. I was so tired of being who I was. I was utterly exhausted of trying to put on a faƧade that I was okay when I really wasnā€™t. I really thought I could do it all myself but we all know where that got meā€¦ but then someone stepped in and he sat me down. This past year Iā€™ve grown to know a man that has never left me nor forsaken me. A man that was sitting there with open arms saying ā€œIā€™ve always been right here daughter, you can come home nowā€ and his name is Jesus. I truly thought he could never love me again, that it was impossible for me to get sober and have a new life but in Luke 18:27 Jesus said ā€œWhat seems impossible to people is possible with Godā€ and once I surrendered it all to him my whole life has changed. I actually get to be present, I get to do daily tasks and be grateful to be able to do them, and even though this year hasnā€™t been easy I have looked to Him to bring me the joy and peace I need to get through it all. And this girl right here she is my joy. Sheā€™s not the reason Iā€™m sober today but sheā€™s the reason I got down on my knees and begged God to take it away and let me tell you something my God is faithful and he keeps his promises. Heā€™s restoring everything I have lost and I couldnā€™t be more thankful. Thank you to everyone who has prayed for me and loved me through this you donā€™t know how much it means to me. #oneyearsober #wedorecoveršŸ’žšŸ™šŸ¼ by @morgannn_marissaaa

It still just feels unreal. I donā€™t understand. I donā€™t think Iā€™ll ever understand. If anyone knew Keisha they knew she had the biggest heart. She put others before herself every. single. time. Sheā€™s the person who brought me my pregnancy tests and told me I needed to take them and to stop putting it off just because I was scaredšŸ˜šŸ˜‚ Sheā€™s the first person besides Justin to know I was pregnant. And she was the only person besides him that knew for awhile. I was so scared but she made sure she was there and she never judged me a single second for any of the feelings I had, for anything I did, or just how crazy I was in general while I was pregnant. She was the one who knew the gender before anyone and got our gender reveal cupcakes. All she wanted to do was help us and love our baby girl. She loved our girl before she ever met her. Sadly they never got to meet because we moved away and I will regret that for the rest of my life. I will forever regret distancing myself from everyone during the end of my pregnancy but I was doing what was best for me and my family and I knew she understood that. I knew she was proud of us and I knew she still loved us, as we loved her. We didnā€™t have to tell each other how we felt, we just knew. We always knew and I think thatā€™s why our friendship was so special and so beautiful. We just knew each others hearts. We would sit in silence for hours while watching our favorite movies or shows until weā€™d fall asleep. When weā€™d wake up weā€™d just laugh because us falling asleep on the couch was just the most ā€˜usā€™ thing ever. If we werenā€™t binging movies or shows we would sit up for hours talking about anything and everything. Weā€™d both speak our opinions even if we didnā€™t agree with each other we still respected each other without judgement. I could call her at 1am and sheā€™d be at my house by 1:30am. That was just the kind of friend she was. It didnā€™t matter what she had going on, if I needed her she was there. She really was my best friend when I had no one else. We started hanging out when I lost two friends who I cared for deeply. by @morgannn_marissaaa
This girl right here saved my life and she has no idea. I was ready for it all to be over before I had her. Even while pregnant I didnā€™t think I could ever be good enough to be her mother. Iā€™m still not in my eyes but in her eyes Iā€™m everything. And that means everything to me. I owe her to be the best version of myself, to take care of myself. I owe her to get up everyday and take care of her and love her like no else can. I owe her to fight for her like no one else would. I owe her the best life I can possibly give her. She makes me feel alive again and for that I owe her everything. Thank you for showing me that Iā€™m more than enough, even on my bad days. Thank you for showing me that my fight wasnā€™t over, that it has only begun. Willow Sunny Grace, you are a gift from God. I love you endlessly. by @morgannn_marissaaa
Iā€™m late on her 3 month post but my smiley girl is 3 months and 2 weeks old nowšŸ„¹ my lil preemie girl is gone. She weighs 10.5lbs now. She loves sitting up but she canā€™t sit up by herself quit yet. She loves smiling and trying to talk when you talk to her. She loves sticking her tongue out. She loves music. And she loves fighting sleep but yet loves napping lol. Sheā€™s got the biggest personality and she will yell at you if sheā€™s mad. I guess she learned that from mešŸ˜…šŸ˜‚ I love this little girl more than Iā€™ve ever loved anything. I donā€™t know what Iā€™d do without her. It makes me ugly cry that sheā€™s getting bigger everyday but yet Iā€™m so excited to see who she becomesšŸ¤ by @morgannn_marissaaa
My LoLo girl had the best first Easter yesterdayšŸ’“šŸ’šŸ’• She got all kinds of snuggles, love, and toysšŸ°šŸ„šā˜€ļø I canā€™t wait til she gets old enough to understand the meaning of Easter and learn how much God loves herāœļøšŸ¤ by @morgannn_marissaaa
šŸŒøšŸ¤ 2 months old šŸ¤šŸŒø I canā€™t believe my lil preemie baby isnā€™t a preemie anymorešŸ˜ my blue eyed bundle of sunshine is getting bigger everyday! It breaks this mommas heart, but at the same time I love watching her grow. Sheā€™s already got the biggest personality and all the sassiness, just like me. We had a few outfit changes too because I couldnā€™t just pick one. Plus, she doesnā€™t mind as long as sheā€™s entertained or has her bink-binkšŸ˜‚ Mommy & Daddy love you so much Willow Sunny Grace. Youā€™re the best thing thatā€™s ever happened to us, and we canā€™t wait to see who you becomešŸ¤ by @morgannn_marissaaa
