TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!
From the canvas to the award stage, what a beautiful journey of grace!

I am deeply honoured to emerge as the FIRST RUNNER-UP in the Creative Minds Contest & Awards 2026, organised by the Initiative for Self-Esteem Education and Advocacy (ISEEA), in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Youth Development and the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, and proudly sponsored by Nuges Media.

Out of over 240 entries, my work earned this remarkable recognition. I am humbled, grateful, and encouraged to keep using my art as a voice for lived experiences, social consciousness, and meaningful change.

For me, art is more than colours on a canvas; it is a language of truth, a vehicle for advocacy, and a tool for inspiring conversations that matter.

Above all, I return every Honour , every recognition, and every victory to GOD Almighty. He is the source of my gift, the strength behind my journey, and the reason I remain grateful.

The achievement is a milestone, but the journey continues. Greater things lie ahead!

My latest painting (Available for sale)
Title: KAYAMATA: The Bound Destiny

In shades of split desire, she draws the line,
Where ancient script and painted flesh align.
With waist beads strung of cowries, gold, and glass,
She watches mighty thrones and kingdoms pass.
No blade is drawn, no iron chains are shown,
Yet kings surrender all they thought to own.
Through whispered spells and oil upon the skin,
The snare is set before the dark steps in.
Men trade their future, fortune, title, mind,
For secrets that a naked waist can bind;
A subtle spell, where beauty turns to weight,
And sweet temptation seals a man’s estate.
Bound by the charm, his liberty decays;
Enslavers crowned in flesh and bead adornments praise. by @moses_odogwu

Yesterday, I presented this pen portrait of @jimmykande to him physically in Abuja. ..
This is a painting done from a blank surface to a finished portrait, and now finally into the hands of the person portrayed understands that this journey is one of the most beautiful parts of being an artist. Grateful for the opportunity to create something meaningful across countries and to see my work appreciated beyond the studio and overseas.
