“Turns out it’s not where, but who you’re with that really matters.” But, what if you built an ideal environment to help both plants and people grow?
#farmstrong by @move.breathe.create

I’ve had quite the week as a plant nerd 🤓
Building relationships in the Tampa plant community and securing plants for the future of @rootawakening.farm

The realest in the game @anthuriumpapa hand delivered 3 of his master pieces to me. Stickers, candy, and vibes. He hooked a brother up. It was great to share the mission of the farm and dream up some plant collabs this fall! As funky and real as I hoped.

I also got to go the happiest place on earth to see the wizard @junglebarry1
Barry as usual, gave more than I paid for, shared wisdom, and literally dug up plants for the farm jungle gym. He truly is an artist of life, creative, inspiring, and generous.

It’s becoming about more than the leaves. It’s about the people, community, and hope of each new leaf moment.

Thank you plant people

This retreat focused on 3 levels (one per floor of the Airbnb) ↘️
• THREE - Fit Body. Group fitness held on @wellnesshousetampa’s stunning rooftop
• TWO - Calm Mind. An hour breath work and mindfulness practice.
• ONE - House full of Love. An intentional time of reflection in @elevated_ember’s mobile sauna, moving through resistance with cold plunge, and building community over a farm to table meal.

The focus? To help us (each attendee) find harmony in the elements that make us all human.

Create! What a powerful word. When you feel safe enough to express yourself, your heart opens. The bitter can turn a little bit sweet. We grow more than produce. We’ve created space for YOU to grow. Fridays at the Farm. by @move.breathe.create
