Wheel pie from Taiwan. 7/10

If they had chocolate flavor or pistachios then it would probably be a 9/10.

They also let you decide the sugar percentage in your boba drink which I thought was cool.

Mine: I always need to fly on a full stomach. Panda is usually my go to. I’ll get nauseous if I’m hungry on a flight. Same with roller coasters actually. by @move.with.adam

This maneuver has been on of my favorites. Not only does it help the wrist but I feel a release in my shoulders and back. Give it a try and see where you feel it.

Counter rotation and breathing has been a powerful combination is releasing tension. After sitting for hours at a time this helps me unwind from the stress and tension from the day.

Give it a try.

Tension in the jaw and neck melt away. Tingles and blood flow return to the face for better looking skin.

Feeling stuck?

Your body holds more than just physical tension.

Through fascial movement, breathwork, and intentional awareness, we create space to reconnect with our bodies and explore the emotions we may have been carrying.

Inspired by Chinese meridians and Native American smudging practices, this is about bringing intention to movement, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Sometimes emotional release starts with simply slowing down, breathing, and allowing yourself to feel.

Move your body. Breathe deeply. Release what no longer serves you.
