Finding movement 🦋📍IE
POSTS STORIES REELS
I started @pilatesandii with Elaine (owner) was teaching out of her backyard studio and it’s been nice watching her studios grow ✨ They now have two locations — one in Rialto and one in Fontana. The Fontana location recently added Mat Pilates classes and both studios offer Reformer classes as well. They also host fun events like Couples Pilates Night. I actually did one with my husband earlier this year and it was a fun experience to try something different together. The instructors I’ve taken classes with or had the opportunity to experience so far are: ✨ @pilatesbyixchel ✨ @instajas ✨ @flowwithmarlina_ ✨ @movewithlari (Spanish classes) ✨ @la.vie.en.rosiexo Definitely add them to your list of studios to try 😊 #inlandempire #fontana #rialto #matpilates #reformerpilates by @move.with.jte

Movement has ALWAYS been part of my life since I was 21 and now, in my 30s, my love for fitness continues to grow. 🤍 To me, movement doesn’t always have to be an intense workout. It can be walking, stretching, meditation, or simply doing something that makes your body and mind feel good. I created Move With JTE to explore different fitness classes and support local studios throughout the Inland Empire. ✨ Come along for the journey as I share the workouts, walks, meals, classes and everything in between. 👟🥗✨ No perfect routine—just showing up, to moving your body 🎀✨ • #strenghttraining #matpilates #reformerpilatesstudio #runningclubs #barre by @move.with.jte
Another stop of exploring different movement studios! ✨ This time, I visited The Pilates Co. @thepilatescoriverside They have several locations throughout the Inland Empire, including Riverside, Corona, Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula. If you’re looking for a Pilates studio near you, this may be the perfect place to add to your list! 🤍 #inlandempire #matpilates #reformerpilates #riverside by @move.with.jte
A little escape into nature, where the mountains meet the sky and my heart feels at peace. 🌿🏔️ #yosemetenationalpark by @move.with.jte
I met @marisol_pilates in 2024 when we collaborated on her park event and provided one of our flower walls. At the time, I didn’t think much about Pilates, we simply set up and left. What I did notice, though, was how kind and welcoming Marisol was. She took the time to give our small business a shout-out, along with all of the other vendors. That simple gesture meant so much and showed the kind of person she is. In 2025, I started becoming more interested in Pilates and decided to take one of her classes. From the moment I walked in, I understood why so people liked her. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable, supported and genuinely welcome. Seeing her open her own home Pilates studio @almapilatesyoga makes me so happy because she truly deserves it. If you haven’t checked out her studio yet, I highly recommend visiting her in Riverside 😊 Thank you, Marisol for inspiring me to fall in love with Pilates. I had heard about it before but it wasn’t until I met you and experienced your classes that I really started paying attention. I’m so grateful our paths crossed and I’m excited to see your studio continue to grow. 🦋✨✨ #pilates #riverside #inlandempire by @move.with.jte
It’s not Pilates Honey, it’s LAGREE 🐝 They weren’t kidding when they said Pilates and Lagree are completely different! I could definitely tell the difference, and they weren’t joking about the slow, controlled movements either. Wow! I felt it in my core right away 😭 Since it was my first time, I arrived a little early and @lagreexjessica was so kind. She took the time to show me how the Megaformer works, explained what each part of the machine is called and checked on our form throughout class. If you’ve been curious about Lagree, I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s challenging in the best way and a great way to switch up your routine and try something new bee🐝 💛✨ @thehive.lagree #lagree #lagreefitness #upland #inlandempire by @move.with.jte
Ground Movement @grounded.mvmnt is the closest studio to my home, so I was excited to check it out! 🤗 Their grand opening was just last month in May and the owner, Jess, is so welcoming. I tried these 3 classes and loved each one 🤍 I already know I’ll be back ✨ • Bliss Mat Flow • Bliss Barre • Mat & Reformer Balance They seriously have the most amazing Pilates instructors! 🥹🤍 Every single one of them has made me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and supported. They are all truly the sweetest! Their last day is in October, so if you’ve been wanting to try a class, PLEASE go check them out before then. @therefinerypilatesstudio opened in August 2025 and I’ve been going since the very beginning when they were offering free classes for their grand opening 🤍 They offer both non-heated Pilates and hot Pilates, so you get the best of both worlds one of my favorite places to be. I’m always recommending it and trying to bring everyone with me 😅 So far, I’ve taken classes with ❤️‍🔥 @alexalalama @buildwithbriii @mackenzie_cubas @caitlinkilgore @built_by_lori @movingwithmadii Ally If you haven’t checked them out yet… you need to ✨ #inlandempire #riverside #nonhotpilates #hotpilates by @move.with.jte
