A little housekeeping from the House. 🏠🧹 MOVEMEANT HOUSE has always been a space that evolves with what it needs to become, and we’re entering another one of those shifts now. 🌱 There’s been a lot of quiet planning behind the scenes lately — looking at how the spaces are being used, what makes sense to keep, what needs to shift, and where we want to put more of our energy moving forward. You’ll start noticing some of those changes gradually. Nothing dramatic. Definitely nothing overnight. But a few adjustments as we make the House work better for what it’s becoming. And while one part of the space may be getting a little quieter, at least for now — the rest of the House isn’t slowing down. There’s more we want to do here — more classes, more gatherings, more creative work, and a few things we’re not quite ready to talk about yet. For now, business as usual. See you at the House. #MOVEMEANTHOUSE #MeantToMove #HouseKeeping #StudioSpace #MovementMedicine by @movemeant.house

This chapter deserves a little more context. 📖 📍MOVEMEANT HOUSE gave 🏋🏻TRAIN RUIN a place to begin building — not just programs, but relationships, ideas, experiments, and a clearer sense of what this brand could become. And as TRAIN RUIN continues to grow, it also becomes clearer that it was never meant to exist entirely within one room, one setup, or one kind of training environment. So moving forward, our presence at the Strength Lab will be lighter. 🪶 There’s no fallout behind the change, and TRAIN RUIN isn’t walking away from MOVEMEANT HOUSE. We’re simply changing where most of the work happens. Some sessions will still happen here. Some projects will still bring us back upstairs. And MOVEMEANT HOUSE will remain part of the ecosystem around TRAIN RUIN — just no longer the place where most of its day-to-day training happens. The reasons are a mix of logistics, creative direction, and where we want to take TRAIN RUIN from here. We’ll share those pieces when the time is right. 👀 For now, this is simply a shift in pace, space, and direction. No dramatic exit. No closed door. Just a little less of us upstairs — and a little more room for what comes next. TRAIN RUIN × MOVEMEANT HOUSE 🤝🏻 Not goodbye. Just — see you around the corner. #TRAINRUIN #MOVEMEANTHOUSE #LetRUINShapeYou #MeantToMove #LevelUp by @movemeant.house
