Before us, there was them 🤍

As we approach Día de los Muertos or All Saints Day, I wanted to create space to honor those who came before us - whether they are people we knew or are people whose stories we may never fully know but inspire us.

Next Tuesday, join me for Honoring Our Ancestors: Restore & Meditation - an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and reflect on the souls that shaped us.

Come as you are. Bring your gratitude, your memories & a small item to contribute to our community alter 🕯️

See you on the mat. 🕯️🌼

YO 🫵🏽 I JUST TAUGHT 1,000 CLASSES AT @yogasix 😭

Who knew teaching in a Target freight parking lot aka the “Outdoor Oasis” during the height of a global pandemic would somehow lead me to teach 999 more times?! 😂

Through every version of life, I kept coming back to my mat. Because even when life got hard, this community goes even harder 😭 And I truly would not have made it to 1,000 if YOU ALL didn’t keep showing up for me, class after class, year after year.

A thousand classes. A thousand memories. So many sweaty bodies. So many “all outs” 😂 And a community that has loved me through it all.

Here’s to the next 1,000!

And WHY did y’all spoil me with all these gifts?! 😭 My heart is so full. 🤍 ILYSM 🫶🏽 by @movementforher

Weekend 1 of our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training 🤍 So deeply honored to guide these beautiful souls through such a transformative, once in a lifetime experience. In this journey, we always start as teachers; we all have something to teach each other but what we take from this experience is continued learning, growing and finding your voice.

And we’re only getting started. 🥹🧘🏽‍♀️ by @movementforher

There’s just something so beautiful about moving together in nature. 🌲🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Our first Yoga + Hike brought 45 beautiful humans and one pup 🦊 together for an evening of movement, fresh air, connection and community. From wandering around the trail to rolling out our mats, this is exactly why I love creating spaces that bring people together beyond the studio walls. 💛

So grateful to everyone who showed up, hiked with us, flowed with us and made this experience so special.

More adventures like this, please. 🥾🌿✨ Be on the look ur for our next one!
