The beginning of something powerful. Get ready to pulse, plank, and breathe with me. ⏳🗓️🔥 by @movewithdenn

Still processing how surreal this moment was. 🥹

I had the opportunity to teach a ballet-inspired mat Pilates class at @royalmount with 80+ people in the room, teaming up with @matchawalkclub and collaborating with @whiskematcha — and honestly, it was such a successful and unforgettable event.

This reel captured one of the most memorable moments for me, not just because of the energy in the room, but because it also marked my 1 year of teaching mat Pilates. It’s crazy how fast time flew. What started as a passion and a simple idea turned into opportunities like this, surrounded by such an amazing community.

Seeing everyone move together, connect, challenge themselves, and simply have fun reminded me why I fell in love with teaching in the first place. From small classes to a room filled with 80+ people… I’m genuinely so grateful for every single person who has supported me, taken my classes, shared my work, or believed in me along the way.

This is only year one, and I already can’t wait to see what’s next. 🤍

Huge thanks to @mljerico for capturing this moment 📸✨

strong glutes, deep core, controlled movement — all connected through one continuous flow.

from bridge work to roll-ups, c-curve control + rotation, every move challenges you to stay connected and move with intention.

a flow that starts with the glutes, builds into deep core + oblique work, then takes you through side-body strength and upper-body control. 🌀🔥
