Dead last finish is greater than did not finish, which trumps did not start.

✨ working out is more fun with a beat & a bestie! 😂 highly recommend. 10/10!

Give it a try! This was much harder than we expected 😅 but we got through it in 1 take… albeit it was a couple tries in that one take but, semantics! 💪🏽 #AbChallenge #MondayMotivation #WorkoutChallenge #BestieWorkout #CoreWorkout by @movewithmelyel

✨ Sometimes motivation comes from the most disrespectful places 😂😭

August 1st—let’s make this month count 💪🏽

Who else was about to take a rest day until that last sentence? 👀

✨Monday reminder: You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just start. Just move. Just take the first step—one workout, one meal, one decision at a time. 🧘🏽‍♀️💪🏽
Let the small steps stack. That’s how progress is made.

& it’s FINALLY warming up so less viable excuses lol. What are your favorite outdoor works out?

✨Trying to stay sane in these crazy times… and struggling my way through this 2 workouts a day for 20 days challenge. 🤣 But hey, we’re officially 1/4 of the way through, so I figured I’d drop a little something!

Some days I feel strong, other days I just survive—but we move! 💪🏾🔥 Who else is pushing through their workouts this week? by @movewithmelyel

✨ Finally completed 50 classes with @boombox_boxing!! 🥊
—
I love BoomBox because focusing on boxing on beat and keeping up with the combos completely distracts you from the pain! Shoutout to @brooklyn_globetrotter & @aj_boomin for creating this amazing space & helping me keep my arms nice & toned & for celebrating this milestone with me! 💪🏽

✨ IDK! Lol. The struggle.. we all have our struggle & mine has been taking in enough calories to keep up with my activity for a while now. & then I started trying to do two workouts a day??? 🤣 ridiculous. So if I can’t eat it.. I drink it. Disclaimer: I do not consume Ensure or Boost bc I try to avoid dairy. So I’m tlkn vegan protein shakes, etc.
—
Worth noting.. I don’t count calories, I tried it for a period of time.. wasn’t for ya girl, but I can tell when I’m not getting enough & it’s obvious if I start to shrivel away lol. So I just try to eat as much and as healthy as I can. 🥬

✨ Here’s how I get a solid leg day in with limited equipment at my apartment gym. // [I am very fortunate that they have a freestanding squat rack] — here’s what I did:
• back squats 3x6
• hip thrusts 3x6
• deadlifts 3x6
• Bulgarian split squats 3x10
• calf raises 3x10
• good mornings 3x7 (haven’t done these in a while and it was admittedly rough!)

✨ EarthChimp for the win!!! 🏆 As I’ve said before I am on this lifelong journey to find a dairy free protein powder that I love and right now I am really enjoying this chocolate flavored protein shake mix from @earthchimp!
—
So I just wanted to do a quick video to show how I’ve been incorporating it into my routine. Also, if you’re interested in giving it a try the link is in my bio! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a vegan protein powder.
—
Thank you @earthchimp for allowing me to try it. It’s my favorite so far 🙊

✨ These aging hips are stronger than I thought! 😅 // try this exercise (10-15 reps x 3) on each side to help build your gluteus medius and let me know what you think!!

Also comment if you’ve ever tried these before or have another great clamshell alternative! 🤗

✨ Happy New Year!??? | #ad Obviously this is my first post in 2024.. and honestly when it comes to my workout routine, it does feel like the new year has just begun. I’ve had trouble getting back into a routine with a lot of changes, moving, etc. But these little vitamin gummies right HERE! They have definitely helped get me back on track! They help with energy, they help with muscle recovery, they have electrolytes. I’ve never tried pre-workout or anything like that [it honestly scares me lol], but if you’re looking for a way to get a little bit of extra energy for your workouts (whether it’s to get started or just get you through it) I recommend giving these a try!!!
