Year 1.

Everything I am and ever will be is for and because of you. 🌺 by @movewithtrez

Becoming is its own kind of joy. 🌺

Made the mistake of forgetting who the f*ck I was.

That blk boy with immovable joy. 🌺

There’s something beautiful about finding people who celebrate your becoming as much as your accomplishments.

No one runs alone. No one has to heal alone and joy is even better when it’s shared.

All the glory to @atribecalledrun for giving me not only community but purpose and @colocha.runs for pushing me keep showing up. 🌺

Just another flawed human trying to get this shit right.

And a kid from West Baltimore trying to leave the world a little kinder than he met it.

2026 Charles Street 12 • 1:37:34 by @movewithtrez

For the kid who grew up on these streets and the man still chasing what he’s capable of.

I love you, Baltimore 🫶🏽🌺✨

You promised me a coffee date at the end of all this so ima give this shit all I got until we meet again.

Every mile, every finish line, every early morning and every hard day is me keeping my side of the promise.🌺

Moonlight miles. Podium smiles.

Coaching so far:

Week 1 Tréz just wanted to beat the imposter syndrome and prove he belonged here.

Week 5 Coach Tréz is learning that he already does. 🌺

Coaching has taught me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers it’s about showing up, listening, learning, and creating space for people to discover what they’re capable of and what an honor and a privilege it is. by @movewithtrez

Just two people who love finding reasons to spend a little extra time together. 🌺✨

Blk Boy Joy is not the absence of struggle and Juneteenth reminds me that freedom has always required movement.

I honor those who kept going despite every reason to stop. 🤎
