This is how a Zumba class feels. It’s not just dancing, it’s fun!!🩵This video show how much fun we have at @homegymgc ✨ #zumbagoldcoast by @movex.space

First Zumba class at Home Gym! I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came along and shared this moment with me. The energy in the room was incredible🩵

This was actually my first class in Australia. After 8 years of teaching back home, I always had the idea of starting classes here, but somehow I never took the step.

Lately, I’ve realised that sometimes we get so caught up in life that we disconnect from the things that make us feel most like ourselves. For me, dance was a huge part of my life, and without even noticing, I moved away from it.

That’s why I finally decided to start this project. Because movement, music, community and having fun are so much more important than we often think. It’s not about being a dancer or being perfect, it’s about moving your body, feeling good and having fun.

A special thank you to @homegymgc for making this possible! A space dedicated to building strong & confident women. Seeing all of you enjoying yourselves, smiling and bringing such amazing energy reminded me exactly why I love doing this!!🦋✨ by @movex.space
