![💥 **What a fantastic night!** 💥
I was truly honoured to serve as emcee for the **Semiahmoo Arts Society’s (SAS)** *Paint the Town* event! 🎨🍷🎶 It was an unforgettable evening filled with incredible art, live music, delicious wine and food, and so much community spirit.
🎨 **Huge thanks to our talented artists** who generously donated their work for the art auction. 100% of the auction proceeds go directly to **Ulee’s Fund**—a vital program at SAS that provides accessible, low-cost, and free art programming, as well as subsidies for those in need.
👏 **Special Shoutouts & Gratitude:**
* Our amazing Executive Director **Amanda Silvers** and fellow Board Director **Scarlett** for organizing such a seamless and high-energy event!
* **Louise Taylor** for being a stellar auctioneer and keeping the bids rolling!
* The hardworking **SAS staff and volunteers**—we couldn't have pulled this off without you.
* Thank-you Crescent Housing, Government of Canada, Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation, Schill Insurance, White Rock Rotary, City of White Rock, Via Tavola, Candy Curio, Howe’s Market, Gate 22 & Peace Arch News.
I’m so proud to serve as Vice-Chair of the SAS Board of Directors alongside such a dedicated team. 💙
🚨 **How You Can Help Us Keep the Arts Alive:**
During the evening, we also shared the financial challenges SAS is currently facing and the urgent support needed from the City of Surrey. We need our community's help now more than ever!
