Aleks is a Managing Partner, a father, and a former competitive soccer player. But for a while, he wasn’t showing up as any of those things. At 50, life was intense. Business pressure, high stakes, a major loss and family demands started to add up. And like a lot of high performers, he found a way to cope. Sugar and alcohol just to take the edge off. When you’re under stress, your body craves high-calorie and high-dopamine foods because it thinks it needs excess calories to go into battle. But you’re not going into battle to fight. Your mind is just in overdrive, trying to problem-solve to survive. So for Aleks, his energy and confidence started fading. The body he’d built as an athlete was slipping. And the version of himself he wanted his son to see? Not where he wanted to be. That’s what hit him hardest. His son was watching, and he wanted to be the example. He didn’t just want to get fit. He wanted to be the man his son would one day measure himself against. So he made a decision and joined M-Perform Health to get dialled. Here’s what most people miss: Your kids don’t do as you say; they do as you do. It’s not just about you, it’s about being the type of man the world needs. Great, Job Aleks! PS - SHRED X launches next week, just in time for summer 2026. Our most comprehensive metabolism optimization and fat loss program we’ve ever built. Watch this space 🫡 by @mperformcoaching
“I got 100% of what I wanted and that’s a rare thing” New baby at home, demanding job and training five days a week. Still couldn’t shake the love handles. James wasn’t lazy, he wasn’t making excuses. He was putting in more work than most people ever do and he still didn’t like what he saw in the mirror. His wife booked the consult and not because she doubted him. Because she believed in him and she could see he was doing the work. What was missing was structure. James told us two things he wanted. Get on the ice and smoke the 20-year-olds at hockey (he’s 37) Set the standard for his his family 12 weeks later: 28 lbs of fat gone, energized and abs popping. Great job James, you’re a weapon 🔥 by @mperformcoaching
“Brian, if there are 20 people in a room and one is having a heart attack…that person is you.” That’s what his doctor told him last fall. Brian called me the next day. Months later 👇🏼 • –50 lbs fat • 14.5% body fat • Cholesterol fixed • 63 yrs old → biological age 47 Doctor’s new question: “What program are you on?” Most people hear heart attack risk and feel helpless. Brian saw a decision point. No fads. No shortcuts. Just training built for his body, inflammation-controlling nutrition, recovery, accountability, and elite standards — M PERFORM. The lesson 👇 Your health isn’t your genetics. It’s found in your habits Your doctor’s warning isn’t your destiny. It’s your move. What warning are you ignoring right now? Drop a comment or DM me—I’ll show you what’s actually possible. by @mperformcoaching
Lean and healthy people are way more active than you think… It’s not “luck” by @mperformcoaching
“I’ve only gotten older, and I feel younger.” — Jason Boudreau He’s down 40+ lbs. Stronger than he’s been in 20 years. Higher vitality and performance. Still doing the things he loves, golf, hockey, skiing… for as long as he can. That’s the goal. Not more workouts for the sake of workouts. A body that keeps up with his high performance lifestyle. We got there by getting to the real why, not surface level goals. And by me being in his corner with one standard: Whatever it takes to help Jason reach his full potential. Longevity isn’t just length of life. It’s quality of life. Great job Jason, you’re a weapon. Begin the application. Link in bio 👊🏼 The gym is 1 hour. Your life is the other 23. 4 years ago Rob hired me to take his health and performance to the next level 3 goals: +Get lean +Be athletic +Have the energy for his young family and to scale his business He didn’t have time to drive to a gym and work out with a trainer so we built him a garage setup More importantly he didn’t want to decide what to do every day Running a business already drains the decision tank so he hired me to make the health decisions for him Training, nutrition, recovery the whole Game Plan Show up was the only job left Now ✔️ Down 20lbs of fat ✔️ 5 inches off his waist ✔️ Up 12lbs of muscle and hitting PRs ✔️ 432 workouts logged ✔️ 1100+ cardio sessions Family is thriving Business is taking off He didn’t need more information He needed fewer decisions Rob’s a weapon by @mperformcoaching
Max is an entrepreneur, a role model for his family, and at 43 is hitting a 48” box jump. But when he joined M PERFORM at the start of this year, he wasn’t at the top of his game. A relentless work schedule, constant travel, and an indulgent lifestyle were holding him back from being the athlete and family man he knew he could be. Here’s the Game Plan we built using the MNRX System (Mindset, Nutrition, Recovery, Exercise): + Designed custom training he could run anywhere — home, gym, or hotel room + Cut the toxic habits draining his energy and performance: excess alcohol and inflammatory foods + Made quality sleep non-negotiable + Built in daily and weekly accountability to keep him locked in The Result: + Bodyweight: 214 lb → 191 lb + Body fat: 24% → 15% + More energy to show up for his family and perform at work + Lower-body power output now in the top 1% Great job Max, you’re a weapon 🔪 M PERFORM Health by @mperformcoaching
Leg day is longevity 🍗 Your legs aren’t just for filling out your shorts. They’re what keep you mobile, strong, metabolically healthy, and your brain sharp as you age. Leg day is hard, it’s supposed to be hard. The alternative- weak and frail, is a lot worse by @mperformcoaching
Golf is a great hobby but it won’t transform your body. Walking, nature, socializing, hand eye coordination all good. But it’s not golf or fitness it’s both. Especially if you want to keep playing till your last days. Commit to 2-3 days a week of strength and conditioning and 2-3 days of Golf. by @mperformcoaching
@iammarcusmitchell shared something with me last week that I can’t stop thinking about. At its core, his company Shire Capital Management, is a health brand. Marcus and his team are committed to investing in farms that produce the highest quality produce. From honey to berries...it’s an investment firm, sure. But the real goal is the health of the end consumer, while still delivering epic returns for their investors. And as the rainmaker, Marcus has to ooze health and vitality. “Healthy farms.” Backed by healthy bodies. But this doesn’t just apply to health brands. If you want to show up to work with confidence, energy, and vitality (and maybe a bicep vein) — while still having the presence to be fully there for your family. Get your health dialled in. It’s the lead domino. Coach M x by @mperformcoaching
