The youth can be a positive force for development when provided with the knowledge and opportunities they need to thrive. In particular, young people should acquire the education and skills needed to contribute in a productive economy, and they need access to a job market that can absorb them into its labor force. The paradox of Africa’s most educated generation of youth, yet high youth unemployment, is very disappointing. There is, therefore, an urgent need to build the capacity in African youth to start and manage their own businesses. Besides providing employment for other youths and contributing to economic growth, young entrepreneurs play an essential role in bringing innovation to an economy, notably new technologies and production methods. by @mr_gharbin

A historic day was witnessed in Adidome as we witnessed the Mini Hogbe Festival which was held on the 25th of October, 2025. The festival's primary goal is to reinforce unity between the Mafi and Anlo traditional councils with the theme been "Building Bridges – From Common History to a Common Destiny."
A Legacy Project which aimed at building a modern sports facility for Mafi Adidome to empower young people and develop athletes in the Volta Region was launched. #MiniHogbe #Adidome by @mr_gharbin

On April 12th, history was made at the UPSA Auditorium.

Trailblazers from all walks of life gathered under one roof to THINK bigger, DREAM louder, and ACT bolder. From powerful keynote moments to soul-stirring insights, this event wasn’t just another gathering — it was a movement.

Director eAN captured the energy, the inspiration, and the purpose that filled the room.

To every speaker, partner, volunteer, and guest who made this vision come alive. Ghana’s future is brighter because you dared to believe.

Watch. Feel it. Share it.
Let the fire of impact and legacy burn brighter in you.
