This is the REAL "glow up". Argue with your mama! In a space full of a lot of noise and fluff...RESULTS is still the name of the game 💪🏾. Shout out to @tinagreen6846 for executing the plan and remaining coachable! Can't wait to see what the next level looks like on you!

I have a couple spots open for those who really want to change. What if you started a year ago? 🤔

Here we go again 💪🏾 Another client check in, which means more receipts. Super proud of her and what we've been able to accomplish thus far!

Her body transformation is amazing yes but what I'm most proud of with her as my longest client coming up on a year is she's starting to understand the principles that are not only going to help her to continue feel and look her best, but also stay that way forever. That is the foreverfit way!

She mentioned that it "looked" as if a lot of ppl were moving faster than her but she now sees why we do things the way we do over here. These results are permanent.

Not a challenge, not a trend, a Lifestlye!

You don't build a work of ART without the WORK..and working on the RIGHT things. Let me show you!

Once you understand these 2 things that:

1. Muscle is lean and dense(does not take up a lot of space) and

2. Weight is relative

...you'll have a better idea how to track your progress and make the necessary adjustments.

If you are a lot stronger than you look then you probably look and feel pretty good. Excess weight can cause you to think you are strong but it's just that the weight feels lighter. When you start talking about body composition and building lean tissue, the conversation changes. Tap in with me.

Hungry AGAIN! It doesn't matter what gets you going..as long as you get going. While I definitely get more Life out of coaching others to reach their fitness goals, I like to make sure I push myself as well.

This was the hardest to do since I started along my own fitness journey once I competed in my first show. Motivation is funny like that.

Sometimes you feel like you have nothing to prove but it just means you need to dig a little deeper..because who can get better? ANYBODY..and the person you need to prove things to is YOU.

Building muscle is a 2 part process.

1. Create the stimulus (Training)
2. Create the environment for recovery & growth (What you do outside of the gym)

If you do these two consistently and well over time you WILL add lean muscle to your frame and improve your body composition.

Sometimes the only reason you need to do something is because YOU can! Wishing everybody a successful prep/competition season. This year I'm supporting 💪🏾💪🏾 #throwbackthursday by @mrforeverfit

It's not what you do, it's HOW you do it! One of my mentors once said "the drama is in the details". This is something I now live by and when it comes to my fitness coaching it's no different. This is my craft.

I have a few limited slots(Online and In-Person) for those looking to get BUSY 💪🏾 DM me for more info.
