My favorite way to hydrate & nourish in the third tri.

This combo of electrolytes and concentrated red raspberry leaf tea leaves my pregnant self happy as can be. Hydration during pregnancy is key and Its about more than just drinking more water.

These electrolytes are more than just sodium. It’s also contains potassium, magnesium, chloride and calcium. Use code ✨MCGEE✨ for discount at checkout

Add red raspberry leaf tea to this and you’ve got one powerful beverage.

For generations, women have used red raspberry leaf as a traditional women’s wellness herb.

I’ve drank this in my third trimester for many pregnancies and it truly is the ‘uterine tonic’ that helps for a more effective delivery.

One of my favorite parenting “hacks” for boys: employ them and exhaust them.

✨Employ them — give them a job, a purpose, a responsibility. Something that requires effort, gets their bodies moving, challenges them just enough, and leaves them with that deep satisfaction of saying, “I did that.”

✨Exhaust them — let them move. Let them build, explore, work, play sports, run, climb, create, and use all that energy they were born with.

But the magic is when you combine the two.

Give them a responsibility that naturally wears them out.

Like today: their “job” was to babysit and entertain the toddlers in the pool while I deep cleaned the patio. They were serving our family, using their energy in a productive way, and by the end everyone had a sense of accomplishment (and a good night’s sleep 😉).

Boys don’t just need to be entertained — they need to be needed.

These s’mores cookies are a summer staple in our house.

Here’s the details ⤵️
•Start with a chocolate chip cookie dough
And all the s’more fixings
•Lay down a layer of graham crackers
•Break a large marshmallow in half. Lay that down on the graham cracker
•Add a small piece of chocolate
•Now, flatten out a scoop of cookie dough and cover the marshmallow and chocolate. Leave the graham cracker as the base.
•Pop them in the fridge to chill up then to the oven
•Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes
•Let them set up and cool before you dig in.

Love them or hate them, they are yummy!!! When my birthday boy asked for vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting I knew I needed to spice it up, and this was just the trick. They were so yummy and I’m not a cake person!
