WHATSUP GUYS! TODAY "SUPER ANIMAL INSTINCTS", THE ALBUM, IS AVAILABLE for a free download at bandcamp now! Get it while supplies last ;) I spent ten years and over ten grand making several albums worth of material so I could deliver these select songs to you! And I want you to get them on your phone, so...

I am making it a "pay what you want" album because I would rather you have the songs in your phone than to have you stream them somewhere! And I'm perfectly happy with people getting them for free if paying is an issue. But please take this offering as motivation to actually go to www.mrnext.bandcamp.com and download the high quality files so you can experience them in your phone at their best.

The files I'm allowed to put on bandcamp are higher quality than what we're allowed to deliver to streaming platforms (However, it IS available on all platforms if you'd like to check it out anywhere else!)

If you end up loving the album after getting it for free and you still want to donate, you can still do that later. But today, March 5th, Bandcamp is waiving their fees and all proceeds go 100 percent to the artist!

very thankful to have finally met some ppl i can trust in LA! (hahahahahaaa #startscrying). and music is the gift i like to give back to anyone who has gifted me with the simple notion of kindess. drumming (and playing freestyle guitar aka psychic guitar) along with house DJs is something i used to a lot of in SF. my wrist eventually collapsed under me, but for a special occasion i'll do it again (guitar is still coming back, we'll see). this occasion was the bday for @spiritsandsoundwaves of the epic @soulestialcarnival crew, which is ripe with talent. thanx @danburton_photography for the shots!

Jack is back! It's crazy how busy and productive I am in some ways...but then, in other ways I'm too lazy to even come up with a new costume every year, haha. I still haven't even posted some vids of Jack doing pole dancing vids from last year! Oh well! I guess the digital life just isn't for me these days. Hope you don't mind! and hope you're all having a good halloweek!

if you're in LA and need help please don't hesitate to reach out! i have wheels and i'm willing to help however i can! my studio is actually probably the safest place to be, so if anyone is desperate from needing to evacuate, you're welcome to come hang and chill with all my snacks and water. i have enough to feed a party full of ppl for a couple of days actually, even if the power goes out! 🙏😮 by @mrnextmusic

Guess who's back! Me and my lazy ass costume, that's who ;p. Weekend 1 is done...time for another one! (IG kinda screwed the framing of the so very awesome pics my friend took, but he still killed it. thanx @mrvinwat ) and thanx to anyone and everyone coming out to have fun! hope to see more of you soon! even regardless of halloween!

yes, i'm alive! (just kinda over the whole phone life posting 24/7 vibes, ya dig!?)

but holy shit, i am currently in south fucking africa! just spent a few days in Cape Town, then went on one of those rich ppl safaris (100 recommend, fucking breathtaking). now i'm leaving Johannesburg to hang in Amsterdam for a day, then back to hellAyyyy

chiling in an airport now so i'm taking a moment to say i miss u guys! hope you're all kicking all the ass i know u do, and that the modern madness isn't sinking in too deep! i stopped the Magic Mondays videos because i needed to give all my free time to making music. (but i think those vids make the point on their own!) and i really look forward to sharing some these new psycho ass tracks i've been spending months & months getting perfectly wrong ;)

ONE LOVE BABY!

cheers

Skipping Magic Mondays today because earlier the dentist reenacted an entire construction site in my mouth, complete with drills, smoke and whatever these spike looking things are that he left behind in my root canal! Not a fan! Isn't much to report about this week either. Anyway, here's a pic of the tiny pool table that is getting passed around the building like a...mini miracle 😋

CHECK THE ALBUM! FREE LINK IN BIO: happy halloween from echo park, land of the sharks! instead of magic mondays this week, i bring u this happy accident that i didn't even realize i captured until later. is it a mini miracle? nope, but it'll have to do for now ;)

PSA: just want to say, even though this is funny...it's not cool. don't hit ppl who can't see lol. i wear a jack in the box mask on halloween and often people think they can start smacking my head with all their might (because i can't see). ppl wanna grab the mask and take it off, girls will even smack my ass (and hard, not in a friendly way) and when i say "hey, no touching lol" they'll laugh and say "shit, now u know what it's like!" it's super annoying and i have a whole new respect for what women have to deal with (random lesson i learned from wearing the jack mask). no touching guys! ✌😜
