1096 days with a little less love and care in the world. Please do something for someone else in your life today, do it for the people who no longer can, do it for the people that have made you , you. ❤️ by @mrozz75
2 years without my biggest supporter but really you’re still by my side if I go out and look for you 🌈💖☀️ I’ll never stop looking for you in the sky. So many of the things that I do are for you. I remind myself to be proud of myself for even the little things because I know you would be proud, and be the first to tell me and you’d never let me forget it💖 I will always return that favor and will never forget you or the amazing things you did for us to help make us the girls that we are today, and the strong women that we hope to become, always to be sure that we continue to use the strength and courage you gave us to do amazing things because that’s all you did, that’s what you were, amazing. You were never meant to miss these years full of milestones in our lives but we know you will find a way to love and support us through it all. No one will ever be able to replace what you gave us and how you loved us. We still feel it. We always will. We love you. I love you Grampie. 💖💖 by @mrozz75
❤️ 365 days of seeing you in the sunset by @mrozz75
My baby boy 🖤🖤🖤 I love you forever noodle. My very best friend. You can play with Grampie forever and have all the snacks together. He will take such good care of you. Thank you for the best 16 years of my life. I can’t remember it without you. You have been the best, most loyal and silliest pup in the universe. I have been so beyond lucky to grow up with you by my side. And you are the best kitty brother ever!!! I love you you old man. I wish I could have been holding you when you ran into heaven. 3:33 ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 by @mrozz75
This week is OCD awareness week. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder should be understood by all people, with or without it. I rarely talk about my OCD outside of my close circle, living with OCD fills you with anxiety and doubt, so it is difficult to welcome others into the vulnerable place it puts you in. OCD is not being a perfectionist or a neat freak. OCD is debilitating. Not trusting your own mind, doubting yourself, questioning your everything. It isn’t being indecisive. Standing in the store for 20+ minutes for a decision others wouldn’t think twice about. What will happen if I choose the wrong thing? If I can’t complete a compulsion? If when I look at the time it isn’t a safe number? My family, my pets, my friends, are they all going to be safe? Unwelcome thoughts. Obsessive thoughts. A constant unwanted replay of something you never want to think of again. Stuck in your brain. Thoughts that doubt everything. An unwanted obsession with numbers. Constant, unescapable repeating of actions until it feels right. Light switches, doorknobs, steps, buttons, breathing. Staying awake for hours because you can’t stop counting your breaths or because you missed a compulsion and nothing feels okay. Suddenly needing a change because what felt “right” just switched. I can’t fix it later, it has to be this moment so I can stop thinking about it and move on. And it has to be done right. The way you have placed that piece of décor, the way you are cooking your dinner, the way you are planning, doing, breathing. It has to be right. But what is right? I couldn’t tell you. “Control freak” but you want it to stop just as much as they do. Anxious to be wasteful. Unbeatable breakdowns. Guilt. Depression. OCD is not a quirk or an adjective; it is an exhausting cycle. I can remember the first time I was stuck with an unwanted thought. I was just a kid. OCD can be in all ages. It isn’t just bossy or picky, or neat. It is a constant search for certainty. I ask that you learn about and respect the condition, give grace, + be there for your people. Nothing is more important than love and grace. You are NOT alone. 🩵 You are NOT your OCD! ☮️ The sun WILL rise!!! 🌞 #ocdawareness by @mrozz75
