on the island of sulawesi, especially north sulawesi indonesia📍, we have many mangroves that are spread widely along the coast.and are very important for marine biota of course👌🏻. mangrove forests which are also called in the local language (bakau), used to be often cut down for community needs, with guidance to the surrounding community about how important the mangroves are, now they are all taking care of the mangroves (bakau) for the sustainability of the marine biota ecosystem. and now the mangroves are growing so densely.. filling the coast of the island.

Community is created around connection. It can nurture our souls, provide balance and stability, guide us through ourselves, lead us to growth, and can really amplify emotions of love and joy. Sunset viewing brings together a special kind of community, one unified by wonder and awe. Without these, we lose the concept of play, doing something for no other reason, and we also lose stillness. We need play balanced with stillness to feel clearly and to see clearly. Viewing sunset brings us together in movement and halts us to stillness. It brings us to clarity with the world. I’ve been missing having mornings at the ocean, having been in the mountains for some time now. I took a moment this morning by the lake, getting a big reminder that water and mountain combo is so powerful for the soul. I am grateful I could find stillness amongst all the chaos right now. The dazzling dance of these sea pups is mesmerizing, filled with energy and play. As adults in our serious lives, it’s so important we find time for play, whatever it is - dancing, making music, diving, sitting at the beach with the sea, just doing something with no other primary purpose. Doing this is a core requirement to the regulation of our nervous system. Kick ass at life, but don’t forget to play. by @imanuel.diving.plus
