2 years and 120 pounds later, I barely recognize the girl in that first picture. I love her, though. She’s the one who decided to start.

What changed? I stopped trying to lose weight and started trying to get strong. I eat with a purpose now, not just because. I quit drinking my calories, too. Turns out a venti pumpkin spice latte and three Dr Peppers a day really add up. I also traded the Botox and fillers for real skin care.

Nothing magical. I just kept going, even on the days I didn’t want to.

I feel like the me I should have always been and I’m not giving that back.

This summer was one for the books. 📚 Paris. WeHo. Vegas. Cross country road tripping. Concerts. Pride. Mi familia. 🫶🏼wouldn’t change my life for the world. by @mrs_pratt_2017

With love, from Paris 🫶🏼. A little emotional to share a special place with my youngest. by @mrs_pratt_2017

A moment for this fit. 😆 by @mrs_pratt_2017

Only halfway through the year and the memories are unforgettable and insurmountable. Every year just keeps getting better and better. I haven’t felt this full in so long. My career. My kids. My marriage. My circle. It’s everything I’ve ever dreamed for. Thank you all for giving me these amazing memories 🫶🏼 by @mrs_pratt_2017

I used to think relationships were insurance against being doubted at work.

They aren’t. Trust doesn’t stop people from questioning your work. It just shortens the distance between a question forming and a question reaching you.

New Field Notes, No. 004. On partnership, the politics nobody puts on a roadmap, and why the friction is usually proof the work matters. Link in bio. by @mrs_pratt_2017

Hold my poodle. 🐩💅

Celebrated 43 the only way that made sense: a White Chicks screening, drag, birthday cake, and all my favorite people under one roof.

Making my way downtown… older, wiser, and still causing problems. 💖✨

My AI-generated action figure came with:

✅ Salesforce
✅ HubSpot
✅ Porsche
✅ Karaoke microphone
✅ Paris suitcase
✅ Pride flag
✅ Two dogs

Missing accessories:

❌ Emotional support coffee
❌ 47 unread Slack messages
❌ The workflow I swore I fixed last week
❌ A husband asking if I bought another pair of shoes

Honestly, 8/10. Pretty accurate.

West Hollywood understood the assignment. 🌈✨

A weekend full of good friends, great energy, and celebrating people showing up exactly as they are.

Pride kickoff: 10/10. No notes.

Not the loudest voice. The most memorable one.

Marketing to MarTech for 15 years, early every time. Hand-built automations then, agentic orchestration and predictive marketing now.

Last night was one of those reminders that life is really about the people around your table. Celebrating not one, but two amazing souls and getting to spend the night laughing, sharing stories, and making memories together. Birthdays are about more than another year older they’re about celebrating the people who make life brighter just by being in it. So grateful for friendships that feel like family and moments I wish I could hold onto forever. Happy birthday to two people who deserve all the love and happiness in the world 🤍 by @mrs_pratt_2017

Every time I try to explain what I do, I lose people somewhere between “Salesforce” and “marketing technology.”
“So… like, you build websites?” Not really.
“You’re in sales?” Definitely not.
“Is that like SEO?” Please stop.
After 15 years of failed dinner-party explanations, I finally built the answer. Three case studies, a Substack on the way, and a serious attempt at putting words to what an enterprise MarTech leader actually does all day. link in bio. by @mrs_pratt_2017
