❤️ The One with the Wedding (part 1) ❤️

Just over 130 days of being married 😍 The truth is that, a wedding day really does flies by! 8 months of planning, tuns of ups and downs, yes no’s and yes again, 100s of emails, messages and phone calls, countless late nights and details, details and more details, all leading up to THIS day. This beautiful, special, once-in-a lifetime day.

Don’t get me wrong, I honestly loved every moment of this day and leading up to it. 2022 was the best year to date!

Being a fiancé is so exciting but being married is incredible! Imagine living with your best friend, coming home to them everyday, having endless sleep overs and doing life completely together as one! 🥰 There’s nothing quite like it.

As the Scriptures say, “A man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.” - Ephesians 5:31

I love weddings, but even more so, I love my wedding (biased I know), because this is the day where my Father truly and completely answered my prayer. This truly was a day the Lord had made, and we most certainly rejoiced in it! 😉

Still can’t believe I get to say yes to my best friend ❤️ 💍

Needless to say, I’m the luckiest girl in the world 🥰

A few years ago, the Lord gave be the story of Issac and Rebekah and told me that He would be my servant and bring me my husband. Fast forward to this very day when Warren proposed.

I asked the Lord to give me a sign that Warren had asked Him for permission and when I asked Warren if he did (without even knowing what the Lord had told me), he said the Lord gave him the story of Issac and Rebekah 😭 and told Him that He is the servant who brought us together.

To think that the God of the universe would come down and serve on us is crazy! But to actually experience… man I’m still in awe! ❤️

my Father truly is a good Father!

This guy over here is beyond amazing!
.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t exactly excited for my birthday. Every year I battle with my mind around this time. But this year was slightly lighter.
.
This guy...
.
🤍 Told me not to plan anything for my birthday weekend
.
🤍 Came over and cooked dinner for me on my birthday
.
🤍 Planned and surprised me with dinner with my parents at one of my favorite restaurants
.
🤍 Then planned a surprise party with everyone who is close to my heart (which I screamed with!😂)
.
🤍 Only then to hear how he had planned this for weeks and even tried hunting down a strawberry cheese cake just for me 🥺
.
🤍 Went to a mall asking Jesus to help him find a gift for me, then discovering the last of my size in the sneakers that I’ve wanted for a while
.
🤍 and surprising me with extra goodies in the shoes when I was told to try it on
.
If this isn’t goals, then I don’t know what is.
.
I’m so grateful to God for you @wazpeters and honored to call you bae and even more so in awe of the goodness of the Lord in allowing us to meet.

You make me want more of Jesus. Thank you. 😘
